A support component for a motor vehicle, in particular for a motor vehicle door is provided. The support component defines a support plane and defines two opposed side faces for the arrangement of functional components of a motor vehicle window lifter, wherein the support component includes at least one reinforcing structure for reinforcing the support component, wherein the support component forms at least two surface segments which on both side faces are arranged in the direction of extension along the support plane. The reinforcing structure is formed such that on the one side face it extends in a manner protruding with respect to both surface segments transversely to the support plane and on the other side face extends in a manner set back with respect to a surface segment of the two surface segments and protruding with respect to the other surface segment of the two surface segments.

Support component for a motor vehicle window lifter with reinforcing structure

A door module for installation in a motor vehicle door is provided. The door module comprising a door module carrier to be installed in a motor vehicle door and a plurality of functional components of a motor vehicle door pre-installed on the door module carrier that are to be installed together with the door module carrier in the motor vehicle door. There is at least one guide rail of a motor vehicle window lifter amongst the functional components pre-installed on the door module carrier that can be fixed in an operating position at fastening points on the door module carrier side such that it extends in the operating position along the adjustment direction of the window pane to be adjusted by means of the window lifter. To this end there are at least two different sets of fastening points on the door module carrier side, spaced apart from each other, on the door module carrier that serve to selectively arrange the one guide rail of the window lifter in a first or at least one other different operating position, wherein the guide rail is aligned in each operating position to guide the window pane that is to be adjusted by means of the window lifter along the adjustment direction thereof.

A motor vehicle door having an outer door panel and an inner door panel provided with a large-surface cut-out section wherein the cut-out section is covered wholly or in part by a support plate and wherein the support plate supports mechanical and/or electrical components, such as a window lifter, lock, side airbag, electronics and electric cables, and having a door inside trim which closes the vehicle door from the interior of the vehicle. The support plate and at least one part of the door inside trim are formed as one structural unit which is made in one tool wherein the support plate and the part of the door inside trim are connected together so that they can be folded together.

Motor vehicle door

A vehicle door in modular structure including a door shell which is completed by an assembly-bearing support plate and a single or multi-part inner door lining. The vehicle door includes a twin-shell door shell with an outer door panel and inner door panel which are connected together along their edges wherein the inner door panel has a cut-out section which is covered substantially by a support plate with functional units mounted thereon, such as window lift mechanism, lock, and cable tree. A lining body covers the door on the inside, and at least one part of the lining body is in preassembled connection with the support plate. A cover frame covers the connecting points between the lining body and support plate or inner door panel and support plate.

Vehicle door

The invention concerns a motor vehicle door with a door body, an inner door panel, and a window lifter disposed in the door body, which lifter includes a guide rail, on which a carrier for a window pane is displaceably disposed. According to the invention, at least one functional element which is not part of the regulating mechanism of the window lifter is connected to both the guide rail and the door body.

A motor vehicle door with an outside door panel, an inside door panel provided with a large cutout, which can be partially covered by a supporting plate, where the supporting plate bears a Bowden cable tube window lifter and possibly additional functional units, such as a lock, side air bag, electric cables, and an inside door trim panel which completes the door on the side toward the motor vehicle interior. The supporting plate is connected on the side facing the outside door panel to a mountinq rail, which partially surrounds the window pane and on which at least one guide rail of the Bowden cable window lifter rests displaceably.

In a vehicle door with a cross-arm type window lift and a lock assembly, which can be produced more easily and cost-effectively by employing modular construction and by using individual components for several different functions. The invention is distinguished by the guide rail of the cross-arm window lift simultaneously functioning as the support for the lock assembly, by the guide for guiding the window being integrated in the base body of the lock assembly and by the outer edge of a base plate supporting a window lift having a circumferential profiled sealing section in the interior sheet metal door panel for sealing a mounting opening, so that the protection of electrical/electronic components is provided in the dry space without additional steps.
