The invention relates to a fuel cell stack () having at least one fuel cell () which has a membrane (CCM) for separating an anode side (A) of the fuel cell () from a cathode side (K) of the fuel cell (), an anode-side gas diffusion layer (GDLA), a cathode-side gas diffusion layer (GDLK) and a bipolar plate (BPP) for separating the fuel cell () from an adjacent fuel cell () or a housing. According to the invention, the membrane (CCM) protrudes beyond the anode-side gas diffusion layer (GDLA) and the cathode-side gas diffusion layer (GDLK) in an edge region (R) located outside an active area (AF) of the membrane (CCM), and the membrane (CCM) has a centering dam () in the edge region (R) of the anode side (A) or of the cathode side (K).

The invention relates to a method for the rapid manufacture of a three-dimensional workpiece from a molten material (), in particular a molten metal, in which method the molten material () is supplied to a compression chamber () and delivered in drop form via an injector hole () by means of a pressure pulse which is generated with the aid of a reciprocating piston () that delimits the compression chamber (). According to the invention, the compression chamber () is degassed before manufacturing begins and/or during a pause in the manufacturing. In a first step, ultrasonic waves are coupled into the molten material () in the compression chamber (), which generate a force (F) that makes the gas in the molten material () sink, and in a second step, after the ultrasonic excitation has ended, the piston () is introduced deeper into the compression chamber () in order to remove the rising gas via a conduit () of the piston (). The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method according to the invention.

Method and device for rapid three-dimensional workpiece from a molten material

The invention relates to a method for the additive manufacturing of a three-dimensional workpiece from a liquid material (), in which method the liquid material () is fed to a displacement chamber () and discharged in drop form via a jet hole () by means of a pressure pulse which is generated with the aid of a reciprocating piston () delimiting the displacement chamber (). According to the invention, in order to optimise the wetting properties of at least one surface () which delimits the displacement chamber () and/or the jet hole (), sound waves are coupled into the liquid material () for a limited period of time with the aid of the piston () which is caused to vibrate for this purpose. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method according to the invention.

Manufacturing of a three-dimensional workpiece from a liquid material

The invention relates to a printhead () for a 3D printer, particularly a metal printer, comprising a housing (), a device () for supplying a metal (), a reservoir (), a nozzle device () and a piston (), the nozzle device () comprising a guide sleeve (), a nozzle plate () provided with an outlet (), and a clamping device (). An axial piston machine for at least one of a pump and a motor operation includes a housing, connection plate, piston drum, and working piston. The connection plate is connected to the housing. The piston drum is arranged on a rotatable drive shaft in the housing interior and defines at least one cylinder bore. The working piston is arranged in a longitudinally displaceable manner in the cylinder bore. The cylinder bore delimits a cylinder space having a changeable volume. The cylinder space is configured to connect to at least one pre-compression space via at least one hydraulic connection. The at least one pre-compression space is defined by a cavity within the connection plate. The cavity is defined by the connection plate and a closing element. The closing element is arranged between the connection plate and the housing interior.

Axial Piston Machine

The pump comprises at least one pump element which has a pump piston that is at least indirectly driven in a stroke movement by a drive shaft. A plunger having a plunger body is arranged between the drive shaft and the pump piston and is movably guided in a receiving device in the direction of the stroke movement of the pump piston and is supported on the drive shaft by means of a support element. Lubricant is supplied to the receiving device via a supply line and lubricant is conducted out of the receiving device via a discharge line into the plunger body to the support element. An annular gap filter is provided between the plunger body and the receiving device and is arranged between the supply line for supplying lubricant to the receiving device and the discharge line for discharging lubricant into the plunger body.

Pump, in particular a high-pressure fuel pump

A throttle element with a gap filter for use in a fuel pump is proposed, which is press-fitted into a conduit in the housing of an injection pump. By means of the press fitting, a good sealing action and at the same time low-cost production and mounting are attained. The throttle element can furthermore be designed economically and compactly.
