A medical-endoscopic shank instrument includes a hollow shank (), a distal side housing () in the hollow shank, an electronic picture sensor () and/or a light located in the housing. The housing is linearly movable to move the picture sensor and/or the light from within an inner lumen () of the hollow shank to outside the inner lumen. The housing is displaceable through an opening () formed on a peripheral wall of the hollow shank. An inner-lying outer side (), opposite and away from the opening, is formed on a peripheral wall of the hollow shank and is supported on an elongate carrier () which is guided in the hollow shank. The elongate carrier () is configured elastically resiliently transverse to longitudinal extensions thereof and extends essentially over a whole length of the hollow shank and is fixed in a region of the proximal end/proximally of the hollow shank.

Shank instrument, in particular a medical-endoscopic shank instrument

A shank instrument, particularly a medical-endoscopic shank instrument includes a hollow shank which between two rigid parts includes a part which is bendable transversely to a hollow shank longitudinal extension. The bendable part is fixedly connected to at least one of the rigid parts, in a manner such that two projections which are formed on a peripheral wall of one of the parts connected to one another, are arranged lying opposite one another on a peripheral wall and project in a direction of a longitudinal axis of the part, positively engage into two recesses which are formed lying opposite one another on a peripheral wall of the other part and which completely break through the peripheral wall. At the outer periphery, the parts of the hollow shank which are positively connected to one another, in the region of the positive connection are surrounded by a component.

Shank instrument

A medical instrument includes a proximal handle (), for controlling a distal tool, including two grip pieces () pivotable relative to one another, subjected to spring force and coupled in movement via a path guide with a path component (). The path component includes a guide path (), and a guide body () on a guide component (). The guide body engages into the guide path. The components () are arranged on one of the grip pieces and are subjected to a spring force, transversely to a pivoting plane of the grip pieces. One of the components () is pivotably arranged on a grip piece. Functionally independent of the guide body () and guide path (), a latching body () is received by a latching receiver () on the components () for a latching function, blocking pivoting movement of the grip pieces.

Medical instrument

A drive arrangement for an endoscopic shaft instrument, preferably an instrument which is intended for use in connection with a surgical robot, has a drive arrangement that has an instrument housing () on a proximal shaft end. At least one housing shaft () is mounted in the instrument housing (). The shaft is drivingly connected to a traction device which is provided for controlling an instrument head on a distal shaft end. Furthermore, the drive arrangement has a drive unit having at least one drive shaft. The housing shaft () can be drivingly connected to said drive shaft. The at least one housing shaft () is oriented at an angle to the drive shaft () and the drive shaft can be drivingly connected thereto.

A medical instrument includes instrument parts which can be releasably connected to one another. One part includes a hollow-cone-shaped receiving space and another part includes a cone-shaped coupling section which can be inserted into the receiving space to connect the parts. The coupling section includes a locking receiver for a locking element of the receiving space and which can be brought into and out of engagement with the locking receiver. A securing element moves between a position holding the locking element in a locking position, and a position releasing the locking element. An actuation element projects into the receiving space of the first instrument part, engages into the locking receiver in the locking position of the locking element and is movable in the direction of its middle axis. The middle axis of the actuation element is aligned in the proximal direction obliquely to a middle axis of the receiving space.

A handle for a medical instrument includes an actuation element, which is arranged on the handle and which is displaceable into at least a first and a second functional position. The actuation element can be moved in a plane transverse to its displacement direction, in each of the first and second functional positions, for carrying out a function. A pivotable actuation lever is arranged in the handle, the actuation lever being coupled in movement to the actuation element for displacing the actuation element into the at least two functional positions.

A colpotransilluminator is provided for arrangement on a uterus manipulator, wherein the colpotransilluminator is designed in a sleeve-shaped manner of an elastic material. The colpotransilluminator at a distal first axial end forms a portio receiver and at a proximal second end forms a vaginal seal. In a central region between the first and the second axial ends, the colpotransilluminator is designed in a waist-shaped manner and includes axially extending stretch folds in the region of the waist. A uterus manipulator is also provided with such a colpotransilluminator.

A medical instrument includes a handle on the proximal end and a shank rotatably arranged on the handle. A tool is arranged on the distal end of the shank. This tool is rotatable relative to the shank. An actuation element is arranged on the handle. The actuation element may be moved into at least two switch positions, wherein in a first switch position the actuation element is coupled in movement to the shank and in a second switch position the actuation element is coupled in movement to the tool.

An endoscopic instrument includes a rigid hollow shank () and a tool () at the distal instrument end. The tool () is driven in rotation via a drive shaft (), which is guided within the hollow shank (). At the distal end of the hollow shank (), the tool () projects out of the hollow shank (), where it may be angled with respect to the distal end of the hollow shank ().

Endoscopic instrument

A surgical guiding device is provided for reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament, including a guide arm and a guide hook extending away from the arm. The guide arm is constructed in the form of an arc, supports a mounting that is slidable on the guide arm and has a fixing device for an alignment wire that is separate from the mounting.

With a method for manufacturing a bendable tube, which is preferably envisaged for an endoscopic instrument, first a tube is separated into several tube sections in a manner such that adjacent tube sections engage into one another with a positive fit in the axis direction of the tube. After the separation of the tube into several tube sections, one envisages peripherally arranging means for providing a positive fit transversely to the axis direction of the tube, on the regions of the tube sections, which are situated in engagement with one another.

The sample taker comprises a hollow shank with a scoop fixedly connected at its distal end, a handling means provided at the proximal end of the 20 hollow shank and an actuation mechanism. An actuation rod is axially movable in the hollow shank and connectable to the actuation mechanism. A covering is allocated in the trough of the scoop. The covering is fastened to a distal end of the actuation rod and displaceable forwards and backwards.

The target apparatus for positioning a drilling tool with respect to a drilling channel to be created in a bone consists of a target hook and a guide arm which is releasably connected to this and on which there is arranged a receiver for the drilling tool, and a guide path in the form of a laterally through-going open groove for the guide arm. The guide arm may be displaced and fixed in the guide path. A simple assembly and disassembly of the apparatus is achieved in that the guide arm on the side of the apparatus is applied into the guide path through the groove opening and reversely, by lifting away out of the groove, may be separated from the target hook.
