A drive train unit (HY, G) for a motor vehicle includes a first shaft (TW), a second shaft (PW), and a third shaft (AN). The first shaft (TW) is rotatably mounted at an inner diameter of the second shaft (PW) with a first bearing (L). The second shaft (PW) is rotatably mounted at an inner diameter of the third shaft (AN) with a second bearing (L, L). A lube oil feed to the first bearing (L) and the second bearing (L, L) takes place through a bore hole (B) arranged in the first shaft (TW). An oil baffle chamber (S) is formed at an inner surface of the second shaft (PW) and includes a first outflow (S) and a second outflow (S). A drive train for a motor vehicle may include such a drive train unit (HY, G).

Drive train unit and drive train for a motor vehicle

A seal for a fluid-fillable vessel of a gearing or motor is provided. The seal includes a first sealing body with a first inside sealing lip, with a first leg protruding from the sealing body, at the distal end of which there is arranged a second outer sealing lip which protrudes from the first leg. Reliable sealing can thus be achieved and apparent leakiness of a fluid vessel can be prevented at the same time.

A planetary gear carrier for a planetary gearset comprising a web for receiving planetary gear pins on which planetary gears of the planetary gearset are disposed, also comprises an oil baffle which axially abuts the web on the side of the web plate facing away from the planetary gears and forms a lubricating oil chamber in conjunction with the web for guiding an amount of lubricating oil into lubricating holes of the planetary gear pin. The web has a locking profile for a positive connection between the planetary gear carrier and a gearbox component, which is axially adjacent to the planetary gear carrier on the side of the web facing away from the planetary gears. The oil baffle comprises a device for axially securing the gear component abutting the planetary gear carrier to the locking profile of the web in a mounted state.

A clutch system for a transmission with one clutch () which comprises one disc carrier () and one servo mechanism () situated within the disc carrier () with dynamic pressure balance for actuating the clutch () and with a planet carrier of a planetary gear set () the spider plate () of which abuts in axial direction on a pressure balance space () of the dynamic pressure balance of the servo mechanism (). It is proposed that the spider plate () be non-torsionally connected with the disc carrier () and be axially fixed via a locking element () on the disc carrier () in a manner such that the servo mechanism () is prestressed against the disc carrier () by the axial fixing of the spider plate ().

Clutch system for a transmission

A multi-stage gearbox with a drive input shaft connected to a reduction planetary gear set, with a drive output shaft connected to a main planetary gear set, and with shift elements. An input speed of the drive input shaft can be transferred, by the engagement of at least seven forward gears to the drive output shaft, in such manner that to shift from one gear to the next-higher or next-lower gear, only one shift element is disengaged and another shift element is engaged. The reduction planetary gear set has an output shaft rotating at an output speed of the reduction planetary gear set. The main planetary gear set is connected to the drive input shaft. The main planetary gear set is connected to the output shaft of the reduction planetary gear set.

Multi-stage gearbox

A shift element sub-assembly for a transmission having two axially adjacent shift elements () that are located in a transmission housing (). The discs of both shift elements () lie axially adjacent in the interior of the disc carrier () and are separated from one another by a central partition () of the disc carrier (). Each shift element () has a piston () and a closing pressure chamber (), and at least one resetting element () for resetting the piston. Additionally, each shift element () has a secondary piston (), which acts on the discs of each shift element () in opposition to a resetting force of the resetting element () of each shift element (), via the piston () of each shift element (), and at least one resetting element () of the shift element sub-assembly is configured as a drain pressure chamber () that can be hydraulically or pneumatically actuated.

A multi-speed transmission with an input shaft () and an output shaft () with two spur gear speeds (ST, ST) that are connected tightly on the input side with the input shaft () and generate two output rotational speeds (n, n), with a main gearset that is connected with the output shaft () and is constructed as a two webbed four shaft transmission with two coupled, shiftable planetary gearsets (RS, RS) to which the output rotational speeds (n, n) of the spur gear speeds (ST, ST) are transferable through several shifting elements (A to E) through their selective closing to the clutch of at least six forward gears and can be shifted without group shifting. A total of six shifting elements (A to F) are provided. The output rotational speed (n) of the first spur gear speed (ST) is transferable through the sixth shifting element (F) to the second shaft of the main gearset, and at least eight forward gears and maximally two reverse gears are shiftable.

A shifting element system for a transmission comprising at least one first shifting element () and one free wheel () wherein one input element of the free wheel () is mechanically coupled with one input element of the first shifting element () and wherein one output element of the free wheel () is non-torsionally connected with one output element of the first shifting element (). It is proposed that input and output elements of the first shifting element (), discs () of the first shifting element (), a free wheel () and input and output elements of the free wheel () form a pre-assemblable unit wherein a free-wheel sprag unit () of the free wheel () has one bending elastic holding device () by which the input element of the free wheel (), during and after assembly of the pre-assembled unit, is axially movably secured opposite the output element of the first shifting element ().
