The disclosure provides for a drain system for an appliance. The drain system can include a Y-hose having a flexible end coupled to a supply of water from tub, a recirculating end, and a drain end, a recirculating valve coupled with the recirculating end, a drain valve spaced from the recirculating valve and coupled with the drain end, and wherein the recirculating end and the drain end are connected via a continuous connecting wall.

A laundry appliance includes a drum that is rotationally operable within a wash tub. A chemistry receptacle is located proximate the drum. A chemistry dispensing module is coupled to the chemistry receptacle and has a prewash portion and a main wash portion. A first fluid inlet is coupled with the prewash portion and a second fluid inlet is coupled to the main wash portion. An outlet extends from the chemistry dispensing module to a laundry treating chamber. A prewash nozzle is coupled to the first fluid inlet and the prewash portion. The prewash nozzle includes an elongated arcuate body that follows a curvature of the prewash portion and defines a cyclonic flow path from the prewash nozzle to the outlet.

A laundry treating appliance includes a cabinet, a treating chamber, and a treating chemistry dispenser provided with the cabinet and fluidly coupled to the treating chamber. The dispenser includes at least one dispenser pocket having a domed bottom and a side wall extending upwardly from the domed bottom. A plurality of outlets for a water/chemistry mixture can be defined between the domed bottom and the side wall. An angled inlet duct can project into the dispenser pocket in opposition to the domed bottom.

The dispenser includes multiple compartments for treating chemistry, including multiple powder chemistry compartments and multiple liquid chemistry compartments. A cover for the dispenser includes a first lid selectively covering the multiple power chemistry compartments and a second lid selectively covering the multiple liquid chemistry compartments.

A laundry treating appliance includes a cabinet, a treating chamber, and a treating chemistry dispenser provided with the cabinet and fluidly coupled to the treating chamber. The dispenser includes a dispenser container having multiple dispenser pockets configured to receive a dose of treating chemistry and a water inlet duct configured to supply water to one of the dispenser pockets to flush treating chemistry from the pocket. The water inlet duct can be slidingly coupled with the dispenser container and can project into an interior of the pocket.
