A method performed by a WTRU may comprise receiving a plurality of LBT configurations associated with one or more of a beam, a BWP, a LCH, a set of LBT parameters, a transmission type or an LBT subband. The method may further comprise receiving an indication to transmit using a first LBT configuration of the plurality of LBT configurations. An attempt to acquire a channel may then be made using the first LBT configuration. The indication to transmit may additionally indicate a second LBT configuration of the plurality of LBT configurations. Data may be transmitted on the channel when the attempt to acquire the channel is successful. An attempt to acquire the channel using the second LBT configuration of the plurality of LBT configurations may be made when the attempt to acquire the channel using the first LBT configuration fails.

Methods for channel access management

A WTRU is configured to receive information to transmit uplink data indicating a first number of nominal repetitions and a first number of symbols for transmission in each of the first number of nominal repetitions. The WTRU is configured to determine a set of symbols associated with a first nominal repetition of the first number of nominal repetitions and is configured to transmit, based on the set of symbols associated with the first nominal repetition, a second number of actual repetitions in symbols associated with the first nominal repetition. The second number of actual repetitions and the symbols used to transmit the second number of actual repetitions are based on an occurrence of an event during the set of symbols associated with the first nominal repetition. The second number of actual repetitions is determined based on whether the event is a COT and the COT is initiated by the WTRU.

Methods and apparatus for PUSCH repetition

Methods and apparatus for wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) power control are described. A method includes receiving a time domain resource allocation (TDRA) list configuration including entries, each including a resource allocation that includes a slot offset value. L1 signaling is received indicating a minimum slot offset value. Downlink control information (DCI) is decoded on a physical downlink control channel in a slot. An index is obtained from the decoded DCI, identifying an entry in the TDRA list. A particular slot offset value identified by the index is retrieved from the TDRA list and compared with the minimum slot offset value. If the particular slot offset value is less than the minimum slot offset value, the entry is invalid. If the particular slot offset value is greater than or equal to the minimum slot offset value, a physical downlink shared channel is received.

Methods and apparatus for wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) power control

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may communicate in a non-terrestrial network (NTN) comprising a plurality of satellites. The WTRU may be preconfigured with a plurality of measurement configurations and a corresponding plurality of activation/deactivation criteria associated with the plurality of satellites. The activation/deactivation criteria includes at least activation timing information. The WTRU may activate and deactivate each of the plurality of measurement configurations over time in accordance with the activation/deactivation criteria. The WTRU may perform measurements on cell beams for satellites with active measurement configurations and report results based on the measurements to NTN.

Methods for radio resource management in moving networks

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may identify a plurality of candidate satellite constellations. The WTRU may determine an elevation angle and/or an orbit associated with each of the plurality of candidate satellite constellations. The WTRU may select a satellite constellation from the plurality of candidate constellations for sell selection. The WTRU may identify a plurality of candidate beams associated with the selected satellite constellation. The WTRU may determine an RSRP/RSRQ for each of the plurality of candidate beams. The WTRU may determine a weighted ranking of the plurality of candidate beams. The WTRU may determine the weighted ranking using the determined RSRP/RSRQ, prevailing load intensities, elevation angle, dwelling duration, link switch probability, and/or a quality of service (QoS). The WTRU may select a beam from the plurality of candidate beams for cell selection. The WTRU may select the beam based on the weighted ranking.
