A method including receiving actuation of a universal button on a controller during live game play of a video game, wherein image frames of the live game play are displayed in sequential order, wherein a current image frame is being displayed when the universal button is actuated. The method including receiving selection of a rewind mode from features presented in a user interface displayed simultaneous with the live game play in response to the actuation of the universal button. The method including accessing from storage a subset of captured image frames generated for the game play. The method including entering the rewind mode by automatically switching from displaying the live game play to displaying the subset of captured image frames in reverse beginning from the current image frame. The method including responding to rewind controller inputs for controlling the displaying of the subset of captured image frames in rewind mode.

A method including generating telemetry data for a plurality of image frames that is generated for a game play of a video game. The method including storing at least a subset of the plurality of image frames in a buffer. The method including analyzing the telemetry data to identify an event occurring in the subset of the plurality of image frames, wherein the event is associated with one or more image frames. The method including generating a bookmark for an image frame in the one or more image frames of the event, wherein the bookmark includes information of the event, and wherein selection of the bookmark by a user initiates a replay of the one or more image frames of the event.

A system and method for media-object binding and predicting performance in a media is provided. One or more sets of object data may be associated with the media. One or more media-object bindings between the one or more sets of object data and the media may be formed and stored in one or more databases. The one or more sets of object data may include data about an object displayed during at least the portion of the media. One or more object-object associations between the one or more sets of object data and other stored object data may be formed and stored the one or more databases. The one or more object-object associations may form one or more object aggregations. A determination may for made regarding if any of the one or more object aggregations meet or pass a threshold.

A system and method for dynamic generation and display of play data for a media is provided. One or more sets of object data may be associated with the media. One or more media-object bindings between the one or more sets of object data and the media may be formed and stored in one or more databases. A system and method for providing personalized assistance in a virtual environment is disclosed. A plurality of trigger events is stored in memory, each trigger event based on a user interaction in the virtual environment. Data sent over a communication network regarding gameplay of a user associated with a media title engaged in the virtual environment is received. Play characteristics exhibited by the user based on the received data are identified. One or more user generated content streams that meet conditions of an identified one or more trigger events are identified. Identified streams are ranked based on a match between the play characteristics exhibited by the user and metadata of each of the identified streams. A display of the ranked streams is provided, wherein the display includes an analysis of the match.

A system and method for providing a content block is provided. Media and at least one set of activity data associated with the media may be stored in memory. A user request may be received by a server from a user device to stream the media. Such user request may include information about at least one of user completed activities or user in progress activities that a user has engaged with. The media may be monitored to identify a trigger indicating that an activity to be displayed is not one of the at least one of user completed activities or user in progress activities. A notification may be generated to the user that the activity to be displayed is not one of the at least one of user completed activities or user in progress activities.

A system and method for providing a content block is provided. A media content title associate with at least one activity file may be stored in memory. A user request may be received by a server from a user device to stream the media content title. Such user request may include a user profile specifying a list of completed and in-progress activities in which a user has engaged with. The stream of the media content title may be monitored to identify a trigger indicating that an activity to be displayed is not on the list of user activities specified by the user profile. Display on the streaming media may be advanced to a next activity identified as being on the list of user activities specified by the user profile.
