A joining process is proposed for connecting a first component to a second component, whereby in a first process the first component and the second component and an adhesive material arranged between the first and the second component are prepared, whereby in a second process the first and the second components are pressed together and whereby in a third process the adhesive material is hardened and further whereby spacing means are added to the adhesive material and these are at least partially resorbed in the third process by the adhesive material.

A method for producing a structural component from an organometallic sheet includes a first step in which the organometallic sheet is preheated, introduced into a tool and subsequently re-formed. In a second step, a region of the re-formed organometallic sheet is heated. In a third step at least the heated region of the re-formed organometallic sheet is re-formed further in such a way that it enters into a material bond with a further region of the organometallic sheet to form an at least partly closed hollow profile. A device for carrying out the method for producing a structural component from an organometallic sheet and a structural component produced by the method also are described.

Method for producing a structural component

A component having at least one structural component and one organic sheet, and a method for producing the component, are described. In a first step, a woven-fabric hose is arranged in a contour of a tool and then the tool is closed. In a second step, a plastic, in particular a melt, is injected into the woven-fabric hose arranged in the closed tool. In a third step, a fluid and/or supporting element is introduced into the woven-fabric hose, a cavity thus being formed in the woven-fabric hose. An organic sheet is formed and backmolded with a plastic, and the formed and backmolded organic sheet is bonded to the structural component to produce the component.

Method for producing a component and component

A fastening element for positive, materially integral and/or non-positive arrangement on or in a fiber composite component includes a sleeve-like portion, on the first end of which there is formed a tapering conical or cone-shaped portion in which a plurality of slots are made which are aligned in the direction of a longitudinal extent of the fastening element and in this way subdivide the conical or cone-shaped portion into individual segments. On the second end of the sleeve-like portion, there is arranged a holding portion which is angled at a right angle from the sleeve-like portion and in this way enlarges an outer diameter of the sleeve-like portion and forms planar bearing surfaces. A method is also described for mounting a fastening element.
