An inner-rotor motor including a housing, a stator and a rotor avoids damage to the coil unit which often occurs during assembly of the conventional inner-rotor motor. The housing has an inner periphery provided with a plurality of protrusions. The iron core has an outer periphery provided with a plurality of notches. The insulating sleeve includes a plurality of positioning members. In radial directions perpendicular to the shaft, each of the plurality of notches is spaced from a center of a shaft at a minimal distance, and each of the plurality of positioning members is spaced from the center of the shaft at a maximal distance. The maximal distance is smaller than the minimal distance.

Inner-rotor motor and stator thereof

A ceiling fan, a hanger assembly of the ceiling fan, and a mounting bracket of the hanger assembly are designed with a lower failure rate. The hanger assembly of the ceiling fan includes a coupling rod and a fan rod. The mounting bracket has two lateral walls opposing to each other. Each of the two lateral walls includes a mounting end, a hanger end and a receiving portion. The coupling rod has two ends respectively received in the receiving portions of the two lateral walls. The fan rod has a first end coupled with the coupling rod, as well as a second end coupled with a stator of a motor of the ceiling fan.

A ceiling fan motor with a reduced height includes a stator, a rotor and a circuit unit. The stator includes an iron core and a shaft. The iron core has an assembly hole, and the shaft extends through the assembly hole in an extending direction. The rotor is rotatably coupled with an outer periphery of the shaft. The circuit unit is arranged between the iron core and the shaft in a radial direction of the shaft perpendicular to the extending direction of the shaft, or is arranged between the iron core and the housing of the rotor in the radial direction of the shaft.

Ceiling fan motor

An external rotor motor includes: a shaft, an insulator and a core. The insulator is coupled with an outer peripheral surface of the shaft, the core is arranged on an outer periphery of the insulator, and the insulator is formed between the shaft and the core, so that no electrically conductive route can be formed between the core and the shaft. A rotor has a housing rotatably coupling with the shaft, with an inner peripheral wall of the housing having a permanent magnet module.

External rotor motor

A motor includes a stator, a separating member and a rotor. The stator includes an iron core. The separating member is made of insulating material and includes a first separating part, a second separating part and a third separating part. The second separating part is arranged between the first and third separating parts, and the iron core is arranged between the first and second separating parts. The rotor is rotatably coupled with the separating member and includes a permanent magnet unit arranged between the first and second separating parts. As such, the separating member is able to provide an improved insulation effect for the motor, thus prolonging the service life of the motor.

Motor

An inner-rotor motor includes a separating member, a stator and a rotor. The separating member is made of an insulating material and includes a first separating part and a second separating part. The separating member includes at least one engaging portion extending along an axial direction of the inner-rotor motor. The stator includes an iron core received in a space jointly defined by the first and second separating parts. The iron core includes at least one engaging groove arranged on an outer surface thereof and extending along the axial direction of the inner-rotor motor. The at least one engaging portion is received in the at least one engaging groove. The rotor is rotatably coupled to the separating member. As such, a convenient assembly and reduced volume of the inner-rotor motor are provided.

Inner-rotor motor

An illuminating ventilator includes a case, a lamp and a power supply module. A first air opening and a second air opening are respectively formed on two sides of the case. The case includes an air channel having two ends respectively communicating with the first air opening and the second air opening. The fan is disposed in the case and is arranged in the air channel. The lamp is detachably attached to the case. The power supply module includes an AC input terminal, a first DC output terminal and a second DC output terminal. The first DC output terminal is electrically connected with the fan, and the second DC output terminal is electrically connected with the lamp. As such, the illuminating ventilator is provided with improved installation convenience, reduced production cost and reduced difficulty of maintaining and repairing.

Illuminating ventilator

A ceiling fan motor includes a stator assembly and a rotor. The stator assembly includes an iron core. The rotor is rotatably coupled with the stator assembly and includes a housing, a first positioning member and at least one permanent magnet. The housing includes a lateral wall. The lateral wall is enclosed to form an inner space adapted to receive the iron core. The first positioning member is coupled with the lateral wall. The at least one permanent magnet is positioned by the first positioning member. The first positioning member includes a plurality of air-guiding blades.

A motor of a ceiling fan includes a shaft, a bearing sleeve, a limiting member, a stator and a rotor. The shaft has a first shoulder and a second shoulder. The bearing sleeve receives a first bearing and a second bearing for supporting the shaft and has an inner flange, with the inner flange and the first shoulder jointly clamping and positioning the first bearing. The limiting member and the second shoulder jointly clamp and position the second bearing. The stator is arranged around the shaft. The rotor couples with the bearing sleeve.

Motor of a ceiling fan

A motor of a ceiling fan includes: a shaft having two shoulder surfaces facing in opposite axial directions of the shaft, with the shaft coupling with a stator; and a bearing sleeve receiving two bearings for supporting the shaft, with an annular flange formed at an end of the bearing sleeve. The annular flange and one of the shoulder surfaces of the shaft clamp and position one of the bearings. A rotor has a housing coupling with the bearing sleeve, with the housing having a connecting portion. The connecting portion and the other one of the shoulder surfaces of the shaft clamp and position the other one of the bearings.

A motor of a ceiling fan includes a stator, a shaft, a linking seat, and a rotor. The stator has a core with an assembly hole. The linking seat couples with the core and has an axial hole in alignment with the assembly hole in an axial direction of the shaft firmly resting in the axial hole. The rotor is rotatably arranged around the shaft.

An easy-to-start motor includes a base, a stator and a rotor. The base has a plastic member and a metallic induction member wrapped with the plastic member. The metallic induction member includes at least one magnetic attraction portion. Each magnetic attraction portion is in the form of a protrusion. The stator is coupled with the base. The rotor has a shaft and a permanent magnet. The shaft is capable of being coupled with the base. The at least one magnetic attraction portion is magnetically attracted by the permanent magnet, to prevent the rotor from stopping at a dead location where it is difficult to start the motor. A base of the easy-to-start motor is adapted to be coupled with a rotor, including a plastic member and a metallic induction member wrapped with the plastic member.

A motor structure includes a housing having a shaft tube receiving a shaft retaining assembly. The shaft tube includes a positioning member on an outer periphery thereof. A rotor includes a shaft rotatably extending through the bearing. A stator is mounted around the shaft tube, couples with the positioning member, and includes a bobbin having an abutting portion pressing a top face of the shaft retaining assembly by a free end thereof. Specifically, the positioning member is distant from the top face by a first distance in an axial direction of the shaft tube, the abutting portion is made of elastic material, the positioning member is distant from the free end by a second distance in an axial direction of the assembling hole is defined, and the second distance is smaller than the first distance when the stator is separate from the shaft tube.

Motor structure

A motor with an axial air gap includes a base, a rotor and a coil unit. The base has a shaft-coupling portion. The rotor has a body coupled with a permanent magnet and a shaft. The permanent magnet has inner and outer circumferential faces, and the inner and outer circumferential faces are respectively projected onto the base as inner and outer circles. The shaft is coupled with the shaft-coupling portion. The coil unit is mounted on the base and has one or more coils. The permanent magnet and the coil unit face each other. At least one coil has a periphery intersecting with the inner and outer circles. The permanent magnet has a first radial length between the inner and outer circumferential faces. At least one coil has a second radial length. The first radial length is 10% to 90% of the second radial length.

Motor with axial air gap

A positioning device includes a shaft tube having a receptacle receiving a support member that includes first and second ends spaced along an axis. The support member further includes a through-hole extending from the first end through the second end. A bearing is received in the receptacle and includes an end facing the first end of the support member. The end of the bearing includes an inclined pressing surface aligned with a support portion formed on the first end of the support member. The pressing surface deforms the support portion when the bearing is pushed downward during assembly. The deformed support is received in a groove between the pressing surface and an inner periphery of the receptacle to offset and absorb the downward pressing force. The bearing is, thus, reliably fixed in the desired assembly position while preventing the support member from being damaged or generating noise during operation.
