Work light

A stand light includes an elongate body defining a longitudinal axis, a collar coupled to the elongate body for movement along the elongate body between a first position and a second position, and a plurality of legs coupled to the collar, the plurality of legs being collapsed against the elongate body when the collar is in the first position and being expanded apart from the elongate body when the collar is in the second position. The stand light also includes a head assembly coupled to an end of the elongate body. The head assembly includes a hub and a plurality of light heads. The hub is pivotably coupled to the end of the elongate body to pivot about a first pivot axis. Each of the plurality of light heads is pivotably coupled to the hub to pivot about a second pivot axis.

Stand light

A light assembly for attachment to a surface of a vehicle. The light assembly includes a light head including a light and a vehicle base configured to be removably coupled to the surface of the vehicle. The vehicle base includes a magnet configured to secure the vehicle base to the surface of the vehicle and a battery compartment configured to receive a battery for powering the light. The light head is removably coupled to the vehicle base.

A light assembly configured to be removably coupled to a ferromagnetic support surface includes a base with a magnetic coupling member, a battery coupled to the base, an arm pivotally coupled to the base, and a light head pivotally coupled to the arm such that a position of the light head relative to the base is adjustable. The light head includes a light-emitting element powered by the battery. The magnetic coupling member is configured to support the light assembly by magnetic attraction to the support surface.

Under chassis light

A charger for an electrical device (e.g., a site light) includes a housing defining an interior cavity, and one or more openings formed in the housing. A heat sink is disposed in the interior cavity of the housing and is operable to dissipate heat produced in the housing. The heat sink is positioned in a facing relationship with the one or more openings such that the heat sink is at least partially exposed to the exterior. The heat sink is in heat transfer relationship with component of charger electronics of the charger.

Heat sink

A work light including a body defining a first end, a second end opposite the first end, a length extending between the first end and the second end, and a pivot axis extending parallel to the length. The first end includes a power button. The work light further includes a light source head pivotally coupled to the body to pivot about the pivot axis and configured to be operated by the power button. The light source head includes a planar light panel having a plurality of light emitting diodes aligned in a direction parallel to the pivot axis. The work light further includes a battery receptacle disposed on the body and configured to receive at least a portion of a battery. The battery couples to the battery receptacle by sliding into the battery receptacle along the direction parallel to the pivot axis.

A stand light including a telescoping body defining a central longitudinal axis and including a main center shaft, an extension pole extendable out of the main center shaft, and a sleeve movably supported on the main center shaft. The stand light further includes a head assembly supported by the extension pole. The head assembly includes a light head, a support arm coupled to the light head, and a light source supported on a face of the light head. A plurality of legs are pivotally coupled to the body and movable with the sleeve. The light head is rotatable relative to the support arm about a first axis that is perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis. The light head is rotatable to a first position where the light source is directed toward the extension pole, and to a second position where the light source is directed away from the extension pole.

A light assembly for attachment to a surface of a vehicle. The light assembly includes a vehicle base configured to be coupled to the surface of the vehicle and a light head coupled to the vehicle base. The light head is configured to rotate relative to the vehicle base about a first axis and about a second axis that is different from the first axis. The light head is configured to rotate about the first and second axes at a first speed in response to a first user input, and to rotate about the first and second axes at a second speed that is different from the first speed in response to a second user input.

A portable power source for power tools. The portable power source includes a housing defining a battery support and an power outlet, a circuit supported by the housing and including an input terminal on the battery support, an output terminal on the power outlet, and an inverter electrically connected between the input terminal and the output terminal, a battery power source including a battery housing supported on the battery support, at least one battery cell, and a battery terminal connected to the battery cell and electrically connectable to the input terminal, power being transferrable from the battery cell to the circuit to be output through the power outlet, and a frame connected to the housing and extending beyond a periphery of the housing and of the supported battery power source, the frame inhibiting contact with the housing and the battery power source.

High-power battery-powered portable power source

A charger for an electrical device (e.g., site light) includes a housing defining an interior cavity, and one or more openings formed in the housing. The one or more openings fluidly communicate the interior cavity with an exterior of the charger. A heat sink is at least partially disposed in the housing and operable to dissipate heat produced in the housing. A first portion of the heat sink is positioned within the interior cavity. A second portion of the heat sink is positioned in the one or more openings such that the heat sink is at least partially exposed to the exterior. The heat sink is in heat transfer relationship with components of charger electronics of the charger.

A work light including a body having a mount surface, a pair of ferromagnetic members coupled to the body and disposed adjacent the mount surface, and a recess defined in the mount surface in the space between the pair of ferromagnetic members. The pair of ferromagnetic members define a space therebetween. The recess is a keyhole slot configured to receive a nail from which the work light can be hung. The work light further includes a light source pivotably coupled to the body opposite the mount surface, such that the light source pivots relative to the body about a vertical axis when the work light is hung using the recess.
