A thermal management system may include a battery line connected to a high-voltage battery core and having a first radiator, and through which cooling water flows by a first pump; an introduction line having an end connected to an upstream side of the first radiator and the other end connected to the internal air-conditioning heating core, and through which cooling water flows by a second pump; a discharge line having an end connected to an upstream side of the high-voltage battery core in the battery line and the other end connected to the internal air-conditioning heating core, and through which the cooling water introduced through the introduction line flows; a refrigerant line having an expansion valve, an internal air-conditioning cooling core, a compressor, and an air-cooling condenser and through which a refrigerant flows; and a water-cooling condenser connecting the refrigerant line and the introduction line.

Thermal management system for vehicle

A coolant heating apparatus includes: a housing having a coolant flow path therein and configured to cause coolant to flow into the housing and to flow out from the housing after being heated; a sheath heater provided in an inside of the housing and configured to heat the coolant; and a heat conduction plate provided inside the housing and made of a heat-conductive material. A portion of the heat conduction plate is bent in a shape to enclose an outer circumferential surface of the sheath heater and to be in surface contact with the sheath heater so as to carry out heat conduction with the sheath heater, and a remaining portion of the heat conduction plate is in surface contact with the coolant inside the housing such that the coolant is heated by heat conducted from the sheath heater.

Coolant heating apparatus for vehicle

A cooling water heating apparatus includes: a housing having an inlet through which cooling water flows in at a first side and an outlet through which cooling water flows out at a second side; a sheath heater housed in the housing and electrically connected to an outside through an electric circuit to heat the cooling water in the housing; and an overheat preventing device housed in the housing to be submerged under the cooling water in an upper side of the housing in a gravity direction, the overheat preventing device having a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) device connected in series to the electric circuit of the sheath heater to allow the PTC device to control energization of the sheath heater.
