An example method may include determining, by one or more processors, telemetry data and streaming trap data indicative of a group of cable modem devices being disconnected from a cable network. The example method may include determining, based on the telemetry data and streaming trap data, a first network node device of the group of network node devices. The example method may include generating first performance data associated with the first network node device. The example method may include determining, based on a comparison between the first performance data and an event criterion, an occurrence of an event associated with the first network node device.

Systems and methods for proactive network diagnosis

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to network outage management. A method may include receiving a first indication of a first cable system outage. The method may include identifying a start time associated with the first cable system outage, and determining, based on the start time, a time period during which to refrain from generating a service ticket indicative of the first cable system outage. The method may include determining that the first cable system outage has not ended at an end time of the time period, and receiving a second indication of a second cable system outage. The method may include determining that the second cable system outage begins during the time period and has not ended at the end time. The method may include generating and sending a service ticket indicative of the first cable system outage and the second cable system outage.

Enhanced management of network outages

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products for auto-adjustment signal quality. A method may include determining one or more cable modem devices configured to communicate with a device via a network. The method may include sending poll requests to the one or more cable modem devices to determine a signal power level associated with each of the one or more cable modem devices. The method may include receiving a first poll response from a first cable modem device. The method may include determining, based on the first poll response, a first signal strength associated with the first cable modem device. The method may include determining that the first signal strength deviates from a signal strength threshold. The method may include determining, based on the determination that the first signal strength deviates from the signal strength threshold, a first adjustment to an output power of the device for the first cable modem device.
