A coupler includes a tubular wall having a flange end and a free end, an annular flange extending radially outwardly from the flange end, and a plurality of retaining barbs extending outwardly from the free end. A plurality of latch assemblies are at the flange end. The latch assemblies are configured to releasably secure the flange to an adjacent member. Each of the latch assemblies comprises an inner latch pivotally attached to an outer latch. The outer latch is engageable with the flange of the coupler and the inner latch is engageable with a flange on an adjacent component.

A monitoring system includes a strap having a free end and a base end, a base attached to the base end of the strap, and at least one contact pad attached to the base. An electrical conductor extends along the strap between the free end and the base end. An electronic module is releasably attached to the base and includes a processor, a power supply, a transmitter, and a locking pin. A locking mechanism is configured to retain the electronic module on the base and includes a biasing member mounted on the base, a locking pawl operable between a locking position and a release position. The free end of the strap is releasably insertable between the module and the base. A key is insertable into the base and configured to release the locking pawl from the locking pin.

Wrist-mounted monitoring system

A collar for connecting ducting components is provided. The collar includes a tubular wall having a line end and a free end, an annular flange extending radially outwardly from the line end, and a plurality of retaining tabs extending outwardly from the free end. A plurality of locking members are provided at the line end. The locking members are configured to releasably secure the flange to an adjacent member.

A card holder includes a first compartment sized to retain a credit card. The first compartment includes a frame and a rear support wall attached to the frame. A cover is pivotally attached to a lower portion of the support wall and pivotable between an open position. The support wall is uncovered and a closed position wherein the support wall is covered. A release mechanism is mounted on the frame and operable between a retaining position wherein the release mechanism retains the cover in the closed position and a release position wherein the release mechanism releases the cover such that the cover is pivotable to the open position.

A clip for medical tubing is a device for releasably and removably securing medical tubing, such as nasogastric tubes, surgical drainage tubes and the like, to a garment, such as a hospital gown or the like. The clip for medical tubing includes an elongated flexible member having longitudinally opposed first and second ends, and first and second clamps extending from the first and second ends, respectively, of the elongated flexible member. Each of the first and second clamps includes a yoke having first and second laterally opposed arms, at least two first resilient fingers extending in parallel from the first arm of the yoke, and at least one second resilient finger extending from the second arm of the yoke. The at least one second finger is resiliently compressible.
