A rotor, in particular of an electrical machine, has a base body and at least one metallic end plate which is mounted on the base body. The base body and the at least one end plate have a continuous layer which is injection molded.

A laminated core for an electric machine has at least one cooling duct which runs within the laminated core and can be flowed through by a cooling fluid for cooling the laminated core. The cooling duct has at least one first throughflow opening which can be flowed through by the cooling fluid and penetrates an outer circumferential-side shell face of the laminated core, which shell face points toward the outside in the radial direction of the laminated core. The cooling duct further has at least one second throughflow opening which can be flowed through by the cooling fluid and penetrates an inner circumferential-side shell face of the laminated core, which shell face points toward the inside in the radial direction of the laminated core.

A pole shoe of an electric machine limits a winding surface of a rotor that can rotate about an axis of rotation. The pole shoe is connected to a pole web of the rotor. An outer side of the pole shoe, which faces away from the pole web in the connected state, has a first region having a substantially sinusoidal contour profile and a second region having a second contour profile. The second contour profile is different from the first contour profile and is formed in such a way that the winding surface in a circumferential direction of the rotor is lengthened with respect to a winding surface of a pole shoe having an outer side extending exclusively substantially sinusoidally.

A method produces a rotor having at least one laminated core for an electrical machine, in which method at least one partial region of the rotor is provided with a plastic by injection molding. The method provides at least one disk following the laminated core in the axial direction of the rotor, by which disk the partial region is at least to a large extent delimited in the axial direction of the rotor; and by the injection molding, injects the plastic into the partial region via at least one through-opening in the disk leading into the partial region.

A rotor of a current-activated electric machine has a plurality of windings which are arranged on the rotor, slots being formed between the windings. A textile has a plurality of fibers connected to one another in flat contact. The textile is arranged in at least one slot, and the textile is impregnated with a filling material which in the normal operational state of the rotor is in a solid state.

An electrical synchronous machine is provided for a rail-free vehicle. The vehicle has drive wheels and the synchronous machine is designed to generate a torque, which propels the vehicle, at the drive wheels. The synchronous machine has a stator and a rotor which rotates around the stator, wherein the stator has a stator winding of at least three-phase construction for forming a rotating stator magnetic field, and wherein the rotor has at least one rotor winding which is designed for forming a rotor magnetic field. A method for at least partially circumferentially establishing a current-excited synchronous machine provides a rotor yoke, provides a large number of rotor poles, fastens the rotor poles to the rotor yoke for forming a rotor, provides a stator, and inserts the stator into the rotor.

A rotor for an electrical machine has a rotor core with a center line, which forms an axis of rotation. The rotor core can be subdivided by a plurality of imaginary radial planes, which extend radially from the axis of rotation at regular angular intervals. For each radial plane, at least one pair of winding grooves is formed, which extend through the rotor core to either side of the radial plane with the radial plane serving as the plane of symmetry. A winding is arranged in each pair of winding grooves, in winding receiving areas of the winding grooves, which winding extends through the two winding grooves of the pair. Each winding groove is bounded in its winding receiving area on its side facing the assigned radial plane by a side face, which continues in a manner free from projections, in the sense of projections in a direction away from the radial plane, from the winding receiving area to the radially outer end of the winding groove.

A stator for an electric machine includes a cylindrical stator body having several stator slots. A first coil is inserted into the stator slots for a first phase, where the first coil has a first coil end on at least one face of the stator body. A second coil is inserted into the stator slots for a second phase, where the second coil has a second coil end on the at least one face of the stator body. A third coil may be inserted into the stator slots for a third phase, where the third coil has a third coil end on the at least one face of the stator body. The stator includes a molded body for receiving and electrically insulating the coil ends, where the molded body extends in a first ring area and a second ring area concentric with respect to the first ring area.

A rotor element or a star disk which is designed to be arranged on an electrically excited rotor of an electric machine, includes a base which is designed to be arranged in an insert between the axial end of a laminate stack of the rotor and at least one end winding of the rotor. At least one fin is fastened on the base and is designed to protrude in the insert through the at least one end winding axially out of the at least one end winding.
