The invention relates to a multiple flow heat exchanger (), especially a gas cooler, comprising at least two flows () passable by a fluid () in opposite directions and which respectively comprise a group of parallel channels () provided with lamellae () positioned between the channels () in a sandwich-type manner. A deflecting pocket () is positioned on a first front side () of the heat exchanger (), for reversing the direction of the fluid (), and a fluid distributor () for a first flow () and a fluid collector () for a second flow () are arranged on a second opposing front side () of the heat exchanger (). According to the invention, the adjacent channels (), each with a different fluid temperature, for the adjacent flows (), are thermally decoupled from each other.

Multiple flow heat exchanger

The invention relates to a multi-channel flat tube for heat exchangers that contains at least two channels extending along its length and arranged essentially adjacent to each other along its width passable by fluid, or at least two channel sections formed by one or several of said channels, whereby between the channels or the channel sections over the length of the flat tube one region of reduced heat transmission in each case is provided, characterized by that the region of reduced heat transmission is defined by a connecting web and isolating channels arranged on both sides of the connecting web. The transverse heat conduction within the flat tube is reduced by this arrangement.

Multichannel flat tube for heat exchanger

A heating heat exchanger in a coolant circuit for motor vehicles is provided whereby the air to be heated can be additionally heated by a refrigerant circuit, operable as heat pump or short circuit, for additional heating. A gas cooler/condenser for the additional heating operation and a functionally separated evaporator for the cooling plant operation of the refrigerant circuit are provided. The heat exchanger surfaces of the gas cooler/condenser for the additional heating operation are integrated into the heating heat exchanger and an additional heating operation the air to be heated is simultaneously heated by the heating heat exchanger and the gas cooler/condenser.

Heat exchanger assembly

A heat exchanger with at least one louver arrangement in the region between associated tubes for the heat transfer from one medium to another medium. The louver arrangement is provided with an inflow part and an outflow part corresponding to the inflow part. Both flow parts each have one outside louver, at least one intermediate louver and one inside louver, whereby the inside louvers are connected to each other and the louvers of one flow part are arranged inclined relative to the louvers of the other flow part and provided with louver geometry elements&#x2014;length L, width B, angle of inclination &#x3b1;&#x2014;, whereby between adjacent inclined louvers each there are passage slots for the flowing medium. The louver arrangement is provided at least in one of both flow parts with at least one at least single-curved intermediate louver and/or at least one multiple-curved outside louver and/or inside as geometry elements.

Fin for heat exchanger

The invention relates to a connection unit having a multi-channel heat exchanger with high-pressure channels and low-pressure channels and a connection element with a high-pressure reservoir and a low-pressure reservoir, both with a connection for connection. The axial end of the multi-channel heat exchanger is limited by a termination element that has axial passage holes for the high-pressure flow to the high-pressure reservoir. At the axial end of the multi-channel heat exchanger, in the region of the low-pressure reservoir, longitudinal slots are formed through which the low-pressure flow flows from the low-pressure channel to the low-pressure reservoir.

Multi-channel heat exchanger and connection unit

The invention relates to a heat exchanger for vehicles. The heat exchanger includes a core provided with a row of spaced heat exchanger tubes, open at their ends, and at least one dosed container arranged in the tube end regions for the distribution of a medium flowing through the heat exchanger tubes. Each container includes a tube holding element and a container closure element, connected to each other in a sealed manner. The heat exchanger tubes are put through the tube holding element, connected to it and form spaces between each other. The container closure element is rigidly connected to at least one associated container comb, the teeth of which extend toward the heat exchanger core and are located within the container-interior at the spaces between the heat exchanger tubes and are in rigid connection to at least the tube holding element.
