A structural assembly of a vehicle includes a pair of hinge pillars, a pair of channel members and a pair of rails. Each channel member of the pair of channel members includes a vertical wall, a top wall, and a bottom wall. The vertical wall is secured to a respective hinge pillar of the pair of hinge pillars and the bottom wall is spaced apart from and below the top wall to define a cavity therebetween. A longitudinal portion of each rail of the pair of rails is secured to a respective channel member of the pair of channel members and at least partially received in the cavity. The longitudinal portion of the rail extends along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle above a respective wheel well of the vehicle.

Vehicle structural assembly

A platform assembly for a cargo area of a vehicle includes a floor panel and a cover panel. The floor panel includes a main section slidable between a rest position in which the main section is substantially within the cargo area of the vehicle and an extended position in which the main section extends beyond the cargo area of the vehicle. An opening in the floor panel is exposed when the main section is in the extended position. The cover panel is movable between a stowed position and a deployed position. The cover panel is configured to cover the opening exposed in the floor panel when the main section is in the deployed position.

Platform assembly for vehicle

A cargo bed extension system includes a tub of a cargo bed. The tub is configured to transition back-and-forth between a standard position and an extended position. The tub is closer to a cab of a vehicle when the tub is in the standard position than when the tub is in the extended position. A panel is oriented vertically when the tub is in the standard position and is oriented horizontally when the tub is in the extended position. The panel provides a floor section between the cab and the tub when the tub is in the extended position.

A vehicle cargo bed system includes a floor assembly that transitions back-and-forth between a standard floor position and an extended floor position. A body on frame vehicle includes left and right front tubes and a lower support. The left front tube extends above a left front wheel well of the body on frame vehicle and terminates in a forward direction at a left forward end. The right front tube extends above a right front wheel well of the body on frame vehicle and terminates in the forward direction at a right forward end. The lower support includes a lateral portion, left riser portion, and right riser portion. A left end of the lower support extends upward from the lateral portion to form the left riser portion and a right end of the lower support extends upward from the lateral portion to form the right riser portion. The left and right riser portions are affixed to the left and right front tube proximate the left forward end and the right forward end, respectively.

The present disclosure discloses a stake support bracket coupled to walls of a cargo bed of a vehicle such as a pick-up-bed truck for providing support to a stake of a standard size or a non-standard size. The stake support bracket includes a first panel, a second panel transverse to the first panel, and a third panel transverse to the second panel. The third panel includes a stake support opening. The stake support bracket further includes a first extension transverse to the third panel and extending away from the first panel and a second extension transverse to the first panel and extending away from the third panel. The stake support bracket provides support to the bottom and the sides of the stake and reduces probabilities of wobbling or pivoting of the stakes.

The attachment brackets include a workpiece support bar and a riser that are attached to the step support members and to each other at a right angle.
