A novel food station comprises a plurality of cubbies, each cubby sized to enclose a food portion container, and an externally accessible collection hatch large enough for the food portion container to pass therethrough. A heating system can controllably heat the food portion container within a selected one of the cubbies, independently of an operation of the heating system the other cubbies. A cooling system can perform cooling within a subset of cubbies that includes at least the selected cubby. An internal transport system includes an end effector that temporarily couples to the portion container carrier of the selected cubby and controllably moves the food portion container carrier within the food station to the collection hatch. A control system includes a memory that controls the heating and controls the movement of the internal transport system.

Autonomous food station

A novel food station comprises first and second pluralities of cubbies, each sized to enclose a food portion container, and a food collection hatch that is selectively externally accessible. A heating system can controllably heat one or more of the first plurality of cubbies independently of the first plurality of cubbies, and a cooling system can cool one or more of the second plurality of cubbies independently of the first plurality of cubbies. An internal transport system including an end effector that temporarily couples to the portion container carrier of a selected cooled cubby of the second plurality of cubbies and can controllably move the food portion container carrier to a selected heated cubby or to the food collection hatch.

A beverage system including a beverage appliance and beverage containers where the functions required for creating beverages may be activated and controlled through a pre-programmed specific App (an application, especially as downloaded by a user to a mobile device), residing external to and wirelessly communicating with the apparatus.

A novel food station comprises a plurality of cubbies sized to enclose food portion containers, and an externally accessible collection hatch. An internal transport system uses an end effector to temporarily couple to a portion container carrier of a selected cubby, and to controllably move the food portion container carrier within the food station from the selected cubby to the collection hatch. The food station includes heating and cooling systems that selectively provide or remove heat to or from each of the plurality of cubbies independently of the other cubbies, with a heating or cooling rate, or for a heating or cooling duration, that is independently scheduled and controllable for each of the plurality of cubbies.

A hinged door supports the food to be cooked so that in one location the food is caused to be turned by the drive means and in another location the food is loaded into or removed from the appliance, external of the cooking compartment, to be easily handled by the operator.

A cool coffee infusing apparatus is disclosed having a liquid container, a ground coffee container, and a base. The base includes a pump, controls therefore, and receptacles for the containers. The liquid container is filled with cool water and the ground coffee container is filled with ground coffee. The pump circulates the water through the grounds until a desired level of infusion is achieved and coffee beverage is created. The coffee beverage is collected in the liquids container for pouring or for storage for later use.

Infusion beverage apparatus

The hinge enables the upper portion to rest atop the lower portion to define the cooking chamber, and alternatively enables the upper portion to be swung relative to the lower portion so that the upper and lower portions are in a parallel side-by-side relationship and both heating elements are arranged so that the cooking pan may be supported on either thereof to receive conductive heating there-from.

A vacuum sealing appliance for lidded containers. A container is evacuated by placing a conventional container with a lid under a bell cover or by applying a special lid to an open container. An actuator assembly moves a valve to an sealed position and energizes an electrical vacuum pump. A vacuum switch and solenoid simultaneously terminate the operation of the vacuum pump and allow atmospheric pressure to be applied to the lid, thereby to seal the lid against the container.
