A one-piece faceplate for supporting a wall mounted toilet above a floor surface having a faceplate body that defines a receiving hole extending therethrough configured to receive a waste discharge conduit is provided. Further, a support member extends from at least one surface of the faceplate body that is configured to contact the floor surface, thereby providing support to a wall mounted toilet. The support member is non-adjustable relative to the faceplate body. The faceplate body has a collar extending outwardly therefrom around the periphery of the receiving hole. The receiving hole is adapted to receive contents from the waste discharge conduit upon threadable engagement with the collar. Additionally, a method for providing a faceplate for supporting a wall mounted toilet is also provided.

A drain assembly includes a drain body connected to a drain pipe such that the drain body is in fluid communication with the drain pipe; and a drain head assembly adjustably connected to the drain body such that the drain head assembly is in fluid communication with the drain body. The drain head assembly includes a shank adjustably connected to the drain body and a strainer assembly connected to the shank. The strainer assembly includes a strainer, an upper frame, and a lower frame connected to each other. The lower frame includes a connection feature that non-threadably and removably connects the strainer assembly to the shank. The drain assembly further includes a cover removably connected to the shank in a position over the shank and to at least partially define a void in a poured concrete slab around the shank.

Rough-in adapter

A floor drain having a drain body that receives a rotatable frame with a grate. The orientation of the grate and frame about an axis of the drain body may be adjusted by rotating the frame relative to the drain body and clamping the frame in the desired orientation. Adjustments to the orientation of the grate and frame can be made to align the grate and frame with floor tiles or other flooring materials and with walls surrounding the floor drain.

A drain assembly includes a receptacle body with a first end and a second end defining a cavity therebetween, an adjustable collar, and a grate. The first end of the receptacle body forms an opening into the cavity and comprises a peripheral step with a connection flange extending substantially perpendicularly therefrom, and a peripheral flange with a substantially horizontal support portion extending away from the connection flange. The connection flange includes a series of vertical slots for accommodating horizontally-oriented fastening members, and the connection flange and the peripheral flange define a channel therebetween. The adjustable collar comprises a first flange positioned adjacent to the connection flange of the peripheral step, and a second flange extending substantially perpendicular from the first flange. The first flange includes a series of holes which align with the series of vertical slots in the connection flange.

Method for attaching flooring to a drain assembly

A vertical carrier for a wall-hung lavatory includes at least two vertically-extending upright members and at least one waste line sleeve connected to the at least one of the at least two vertically-extending upright members. The at least one waste line sleeve includes a horizontal passageway defined therein, the horizontal passageway being configured to allow a horizontal waste line to extend through the at least one waste line sleeve and the at least one of the at least two vertically-extending upright members.

Adjustable drain

A floor drain includes a head having a top surface, a leveling member, and a frame having a top surface and a bottom surface. The bottom surface of the frame is positioned adjacent the top surface of the head. The leveling member is positioned between the head and the bottom surface of the frame and is displaceable relative to the head in a first direction. A method of leveling a floor drain with a floor surface is also disclosed.

A drain assembly includes a drain head, which includes a flange and a cylindrical stem, with the flange extending outwardly from the cylindrical stem. The assembly also includes an adapter. The adapter is configured to engage the cylindrical stem of the drain head to adjustably support the drain head on the adapter and has a support flange, the support flange having a top surface. The assembly further includes a clip having a top end and a bottom end. The top end of the clip is connected to an underside of the flange of the drain head and the bottom end is configured to engage the top surface of the support flange of the adapter to permit downward adjustment of the drain head with respect to the adapter and prohibit upward adjustment of the drain head with respect to the adapter.

A floor sink strainer arrangement adapted to fasten to a receptacle body of a floor sink. The strainer arrangement includes a strainer having a body and defining a slot therein for receiving a fastener, and a fastener arrangement attached to the strainer. The strainer is adapted to be received within the receptacle body of the floor sink. The fastener arrangement includes a support base and a longitudinal extending member attached to the base and extending therefrom, wherein the base is adapted to be secured to a drain pipe when the strainer is received within the receptacle body of the floor sink.

An off-set pipe coupling for use in a support system for a wall mounted toilet or water closet includes a curved pipe having a first end and a second end; a first plate coupled to the first end of the curved pipe; and a second plate coupled to the second end of the curved pipe. The first plate has a central hole in fluid communication with the curved pipe and a plurality of screw holes positioned around a peripheral area thereof. The second plate has a central hole in fluid communication with the curved pipe and a plurality of screw holes positioned around a peripheral area thereof. The first plate is coupled to a faceplate for supporting a wall mounted toilet above a floor surface, the second plate is coupled to a plumbing system and the curved pipe provides fluid communication between a waste discharge conduit and the plumbing system.

Off-set carrier

A fixture carrier including two uprights spaced apart and secured using cross bars that permit the center-to-center distance between the uprights to be adjusted. In conjunction with this horizontal adjustment, vertically adjustable support members mounted upon each upright provides a factory-assembled fixture carrier that may be easily adjusted in the field to accommodate horizontal distances between the uprights and vertical positions of the support members. Supporting arms for carrying the fixture are secured to each support member.

A grease removal system includes a solid interceptor fluidly coupled to a grease trap tank, which is fluidly coupled to a secondary tank. The secondary tank contains an enzyme solution which biodegrades the grease. The grease removal system may also include a solid interceptor fluidly coupled to a grease trap tank which is fluidly coupled to a replaceable container. Grease is diverted from the grease trap tank into the replaceable container and thereafter discarded. The grease removal system may include a grease trap tank utilizing a unique arrangement of grease baffles and solids baffles which work together to isolate grease within a single region of the grease trap tank for ease of disposal. Finally, the grease removal system includes two level sensors which detect the level of grease within the grease trap tank and, at the appropriate level direct the accumulated grease from the grease trap tank.

Grease removal system

A portable ramp assembly has many uses, but is especially designed to fit within the flat bed of a pick-up truck which, for example, has an eight foot long flat bed. The assembly comprises a housing which is sufficiently wide to accommodate two separate ramps in side-by-side separated relation. The housing is provided with special blocks for engaging the trailing ends of the ramps and lifting them to be closely aligned with the top, exposed surface of the housing, so as to at least reduce any abrupt offsets between the tops of the housing and adjacent trailing ends of the ramps. Special plastic guides are provided between the ramps and housing to facilitate movement of the ramps and keep them in proper lateral alignment as they move into and out of the housing.
