A pop-out toothbrush having a toothbrush that is movable between (i) a retracted position in which the toothbrush bristle head and toothbrush handle are substantially enclosed within a housing and one or more cover portions and (ii) an extracted or extended position in which the toothbrush bristle head and toothbrush handle extend out of the housing to facilitate practical use by a user.

Handheld gaming ball display device

A handheld character selector and display device for the agitation, random selection and display of spherical objects bearing characters thereon includes a main housing having disposed therein for random mixing through agitation a plurality of spherical objects bearing characters thereon. A sub-housing, preferably substantially smaller in volume than the main housing, is in communication with the main housing for receiving from the main housing for kinetic energy dissipation a sub-plurality of the spherical objects. A transparent identification chute, preferably substantially smaller in diameter than the sub-housing, is in communication with the sub-housing for receiving from the sub-housing and displaying in alignment a predetermined number of the spherical objects. Agitation means are provided for agitating the spherical objects in the main housing and propelling a sub-plurality thereof into the sub-housing so that the predetermined number of the spherical objects are eventually received in the chute, all within predetermined time constraints.

A candy dispensing device uses an impeller to impart centrifugal force to a mass of candies held in the dispenser's housing. The swirling mass of candies may be a source of amusement to the user and may be used to dispense the candies through a spout. In one version of the invention, the dispensing device includes a handle and is sized to be portable by the user. The dispensing device uses a combination cap with two cap portions, one to cover the fill mouth, and the other to cover the spout.

Candy-dispensing device

A baseball batting practice device in which a diametral bore in a baseball is snugly lined by a metal tube, the ends of which are flared to secure the cover of the baseball adjacent the ends of the ball bore. A suspending line secured adjacent its upper end to an overhead support extends successively through a sleeve and the tube in the ball and has ball restraining means below the ball which rests thereon. A swing-and-lift line connects the suspending line above the sleeve to an upright support below and laterally of the suspended ball. When a batter bats the ball the suspending and swing-and-lift lines are wound progressively about the upright support toward the ball until the ball strikes and rebounds from the upright support and returns to the batting zone to be batted again.
