A modular system for continuously insulating exterior walls of a structure and cladding the structure walls provides thermally isolated MFI-brackets secured to a structural wall supporting thermally isolated vertical or horizontal rails supporting exterior cladding. Thermal insulation is positionally retained against the structure wall interior of the exterior cladding by the MFI-brackets and a pressure equalized moisture controlling rain screen is maintained between the interior surface of the exterior cladding and an exterior facing surface of the insulation.

An isolator system for preventing the conduction of thermal energy between the metal components of a wall assembly comprising isolator plates adapted to be placed between the metal components of a wall assembly and made of an insulating material. The isolator plates include at least one opening for receiving a fastener, said opening has an annular shoulder adapted to extend into an opening for receiving said fastener in a metal component of a wall assembly. Also disclosed herein is a thermal isolation washer and a girt for use with polymer panel construction.

System and methods for thermal isolation of components used

A floating marine dock and connection system there for provides plural elongate rectilinear flotation pontoons having a consistent peripheral configuration with a major dimension and a minor dimension and customizable lengths. Connection apparatus interconnected to the flotation pontoons permits the flotation pontoons to be interconnected end-to-end, in parallel, perpendicular to, and spaced apart from one another. Connection straps extend about the outer periphery of the flotation pontoons and interconnect with flanges, plates and accessories desirable for marine docks. The connection straps support a nailer beam to which decking is fastened. Braces extend between spacedly adjacent flotation pontoons to maintain the spatial relationship therebetween and to support service conduits.

A modular system for cladding exterior walls of a structure and insulating the structure walls provides thermally isolated vertical girders secured to a structural wall. The thermally isolated vertical girders positionally maintain insulation adjacent the structure and provide a means for mounting exterior wall cladding to the structure. Planar wall panels carrying exterior wall cladding elements mount directly or indirectly to the vertical girders. Corner elements, carrying exterior corner cladding elements interconnect with the underlying system and visually appear to interconnect with adjacent edge portions of the planar wall panels.
