A support for retaining an archery bow on a support surface includes a mounting block affixable to the archery bow and a member adjustably coupled to the mounting block. The member can be repositionable between two or more configurations relative to the mounting block. For example, the member can be rotatable between two or more orientations relative to the mounting block. In some examples, the member can be linearly repositionable relative to the mounting block. In some examples, the member can be a first member and the support can further include a second member adjustably coupled to the mounting block.

An adjustable limb pocket of an archery bow includes a pocket insert having at least one channel that extends along a length of the pocket insert. The at least one channel can include a plurality of attachment positions. A limb contact member can be coupled to one of the plurality of attachment positions to support a bow limb retained within the limb pocket. One or more limb contact members can be repositionable within one or more channels of the pocket insert to vary a bowstring tension of the archery bow and/or manipulate the movement a distal tip of the bow limb as the bowstring is drawn and released. In some cases, one or more weights are positioned inside the limb pocket.

An adjustable limb pocket of an archery bow includes a pocket insert having at least one channel that extends along a length of the pocket insert. The at least one channel can include a plurality of attachment positions. A limb contact member can be coupled to one of the plurality of attachment positions to support a bow limb retained within the limb pocket. One or more limb contact members can be repositionable within one or more channels of the pocket insert to vary a bowstring tension of the archery bow and/or manipulate the movement a distal tip of the bow limb as the bowstring is drawn and released.

Systems, apparatus, and methods for adjusting limb placement in an archery bow are provided. The limb may be adjusted laterally and may be rotated around its length to manipulate the position of the distal end of the limb with respect to the riser. The limb may be rotated by posts extending from the limb or limb bolt. The limb may also be rotated by posts or shims positioned in an adjustable dowel installed in the riser or by shims installed in the limb between the limb and the riser.

Adjustable limb systems for archery bows

A traditional archery bow assembly includes a handle assembly, a bowstring, and a first limb bolt assembly. The handle assembly includes a riser, an upper limb, and a lower limb, wherein the upper and lower limbs each include a distal end and a proximal end connected to the riser. The bowstring extends between the distal ends of the upper and lower limbs. The first limb bolt assembly is operable to connect one of the upper and lower limbs to the riser. The first limb bolt assembly includes a shank portion and a head portion, wherein the head portion defines a contact surface that faces and contacts the one of the upper and lower limbs, and is pivotable relative to the shank portion.

An archery bow stabilizer includes a proximal end, a distal end, and an elliptical shaped cross-section. The elliptical shaped cross-section is arranged perpendicular to a length dimension of the stabilizer at a location between the proximal and distal ends. The elliptical shaped cross-section has a ratio of a maximum height dimension to a maximum width dimension that is about 0.6 or less.

A traditional archery bow includes a handle assembly, a bowstring, and at least one connection apparatus. The handle assembly includes a riser, an upper limb, and a lower limb. The upper and lower limbs each include a proximal end connected to the riser and a distal end. The bowstring extends between the distal ends of the upper and lower limbs. The at least one connection apparatus is mounted to at least one of the upper or lower limbs. An accessory such as a bushing or stabilizer may be mounted to one of the limbs with the connection apparatus.
