The present disclosure relates to a removable orifice plate device which has an orifice plate having a circular portion with an aperture therein, and a graspable end portion extending therefrom. A tee body is included which has oppositely extending first and second tee runs and a tee branch. The tee runs are coupled to gas inflow and outflow pipes. The tee body has internal structure forming a slot which is aligned with an opening formed by the tee branch, and which receives the circular portion of the orifice plate. The orifice plate, when installed in the slot in the tee body, thus allows a flow of fluid only through the aperture. A removable cover encloses the orifice plate within the tee body.

Removable orifice plate device

A fine control gas valve is disclosed. The valve has a tee having first and second tee runs co-axially aligned on a longitudinal axis, and a tee branch oriented non-parallel to the longitudinal axis. A rotatable hand operator member cooperates with a threaded member and a sleeve to enable a valve to be adjustably positioned within the tee. Indicia on the valve may be used to help a user understand how a fluid flow through the valve will be affected by adjustments made by the rotatable hand operator member.

Fine control gas valve

A well head cover includes a polymeric body integrally including a tubular shaped main body portion. A tubular shaped mounting portion extends from the main body portion. A tubular shaped discharge portion is connected to the main body portion and is oppositely directed with respect to the mounting portion. A first discharge tube bore is created through a first end wall provided in the discharge portion. A second end wall is provided in the mounting portion. The second end wall has an end wall portion through which a second discharge tube bore is created. An axial centerline of the second discharge tube bore is coaxially aligned with an axial centerline of the first discharge tube bore. A pipe extending through the well head cover has a diameter adapted to provide a sliding fit with the first and second end walls at the first and second discharge tube bores.

A fine control gas valve includes a tee having opposed first and second tee runs co-axially aligned on a longitudinal axis, and a tee branch. A valve assembly is partially received in and connected to the first tee run having a valve disc connected to a drive screw longitudinally moved by drive screw axial rotation. The valve disc includes a first slot on the valve disc having a first end and a wider second end, and a second disc slot as a mirror image of the first disc slot oppositely positioned about the valve disc. A pipe in the second tee run has a first portion of a pipe end face/seat surface in direct contact with a second tee run shoulder. The valve disc when contacting a second portion of the pipe end face/seat surface defines a valve closed condition. The first and second portions are co-planar to each other.

A pin clamp for use in a manufacturing line. The clamp including a body and a pin arranged on one end thereof. The clamp having a hook arranged within the pin. A first torque arm is connected to the hook and contacts a spring. A second torque arm contacts the spring and a link member. The clamp is capable of holding workpieces at various load strengths and workpieces having a variety of thicknesses.

A hook unit for use with a clamp in a manufacturing environment. The hook unit includes a base and a sliding member arranged therein. A hook extends through the base and sliding member. The hook and sliding member form a barrier for the clamp.

Hook clamp unit

A power clamp for use in a manufacturing environment. The power clamp including a base and an extruded body secured to the base. The power clamp also includes a cylinder having a rod secured to the body. A shaft is rotatably supported by the body of the clamp. The clamp also includes a bar connected to the shaft and a rotator pin engaged with the shaft. The clamp also includes a link member connected to the rotator pin on one end and to the rod on the opposite end.

A hook pin unit for use in a manufacturing environment. The hook pin unit includes a pin having an orifice through a surface. A base having an orifice with the pin arranged within the orifice of the base. A hook arranged within the pin and moveable between a first and second position.

A cylinder locking device for use in a clamp. The cylinder locking device includes a cylinder member and a first end cap on one end thereof and a second end cap on another end thereof. A piston is arranged within the cylinder member and a piston rod is engaged with the piston. The piston rod is capable of movement with respect to the piston. The cylinder rod lock device also includes a plunger contacting the second end cap. A spacer contacting the second end cap is also included in the locking device. The locking device also includes at least one locking arm contacting the spacer. The locking device also includes a mounting plate contacting the locking arm and a fastener on an opposite side thereof. The cylinder locking device will be capable of locking the cylinder in a fully retracted position and a fully engaged position.

A power clamp apparatus, comprised of, a single metal body with an interior cavity running there through, a unit assembly which is inserted into said interior cavity, and said unit assembly including, a piston for slidable back and forth movement within said cavity, a lower portion of said cavity acting as a chamber for said piston, a piston rod connected to said piston, a floating head member on the piston rod, a link mechanism connected proximate to an upper end of said piston rod, a lower cap member which closes off said cavity near a bottom end of said metal body, an upper cap member which closes off the metal body proximate to a top end thereof after said unit assembly is inserted into said cavity, a drive shaft inserted through apertures in a generally transverse position through said metal body, with a central portion of said drive shaft inside the metal body being connected to an end of said link mechanism, a clamp arm attached to said drive shaft on the outside of said metal body, and wherein when said piston rod attached to said link mechanism is moved from its retracted position to its extended position, it causes the clamp arm to be moved between an open position and a clamped positioned relative to a work piece being clamped.

Power clamp mechanism

A locking power clamp assembly for repetitive use to uniformly and securely clamp a closure member over a container opening is disclosed. The clamp assembly includes a clamp arm member having a clamping contact surface. The clamping arm member has an elongated dimension and is capable of generally rotational movement such that when the clamp assembly is opened the clamp arm member will move in a generally perpendicular direction away from the plane of the closure member. The clamp arm member also moves in a radial direction away from the peripheral edge of the closure member. The clamp assembly further includes at least one frame member. The clamp assembly also includes at least two link arm members each being of a different length. The clamp assembly uses a fluid operated piston and cylinder assembly with the piston being connected to one of the link arm members. The clamp assembly is connected to the frame member. The clamp assembly has a rotator member secured to the frame member to support and assist movement of the clamp arm member.

Locking power clamp

The clamp is a locked over-center toggle clamp having a toggle lever that actuates a clamp arm between clamped and released positions. An amplification lever is secured to a cam pivot for rotation of the cam pivot inside a base. One end of the clamp arm is pivoted to the cam pivot to act as a follower so that rotation of the cam pivot cams the clamp arm to amplify the hold-down force of the toggle clamp.
