Methods and systems for the generation of non-lethal and lethal effects using ultra-short pulse lasers. A laser source generates pulses at the direction of a controller and directs the pulses along an optical path to one or more high-speed beam steering devices, also directed by the controller, which then directs the laser pulses to achieve the desired effects. A computerized controller receives a specification of one or more desired effects for one or more targets and calculates a distribution of ultra-short laser pulses as well as the required characteristics for each of the pulses.

An endpoint for trusted fabrication, the endpoint including at least one secure controller configured for connection to a wide area network; and at least one untrusted controller configured for local communication, wherein the endpoint is configured for connection to a fabricator and further configured to receive digitally-signed data specifying at least one item for manufacture; verify the digitally-signed data; and direct the fabricator to manufacture the at least one item after verifying the digitally signed data. A method for trusted on-demand manufacturing, the method including receiving, at an endpoint connected to a fabricator, digitally signed data describing at least one item for manufacture; verifying, at the endpoint, the digitally signed data; and manufacturing the at least one item using the digitally signed data after verifying the digitally signed data, wherein the endpoint comprises at least one secure controller and at least one untrusted controller.

Endpoint and protocol for trusted digital manufacturing

Systems and methods for identifying similar three-dimensional (3D) representations of an object. The method includes receiving at an interface a target 3D model and at least one candidate 3D model, executing at least one feature identification procedure to identify a feature of the target 3D model, generating a target feature tensor based on the identified feature of the target 3D model, and executing the at least one feature identification procedure on the candidate 3D model. The method further includes generating a candidate feature tensor based on the identified feature of the candidate 3D model, executing at least one comparison function to compare the target feature tensor and the candidate feature tensor, generating a feature comparison tensor based on the execution of the at least one comparison function, and identifying a degree of similarity between target 3D model and the candidate 3D model based on the feature comparison tensor.

A method of constructing a video interface device, including enclosing a first camera in an optically-transparent enclosure, the enclosure being configured for sanitization; attaching the first camera in the optically-transparent enclosure to a height-adjustable mount; attaching a computer display to the height-adjustable mount; and attaching a cart to the height-adjustable mount, such that the first camera and the computer display are configured to facilitate communication with at least one remote system.

The lighting module described herein may include a flexible printed circuit board substrate, light emitting diodes mounted on one side of the printed circuit board substrate, and thermally-conductive substrate plates opposite of the light emitting diodes to provide structural support and thermal management.
