Display assemblies and related systems and methods providing field leak testing are disclosed. An electronic display assembly includes an electronic display, a differential pressure sensor fluidly connected to an ambient environment and an internal area, and fan(s) located within, or fluidly connected with, the internal area. Differential pressure readings are taken before and while and/or after to command a speed of the fan(s) to be temporarily increased. Where an insufficient change is provided, indication of a probable leak is provided.

Display units with vandalism deterrence are disclosed, along with related systems and methods. A display unit includes electronic display(s), shock sensor(s), and a controller which receives data from the shock sensor(s). Where the controller determines that the data received from the shock sensor(s) is outside of one or more predetermined parameters, the controller initiates a vandalism deterrence protocol for the display unit.

A solar powered display assembly and related systems and methods are disclosed. A controller is interposed between an electronic display at a housing, an alternative power source external to, but electrically connected to the display assembly at a housing, and a solar energy harvesting device. The controller determines a power requirement for operating the display assembly, determines power available from the solar energy harvesting device, and where the power available from the solar energy harvesting device meets or exceeds the power requirement, sources operational power from the solar energy harvesting device. Where the power available from the solar energy harvesting device falls below the power requirement, the controller sources the power available from the solar energy harvesting device as a portion of the operational power, and sources supplemental power from the alternative power source.

Solar powered vehicle topper unit

Systems and methods for detecting and alerting to likely leaks in an electronic display assembly are provided. An electronic display assembly includes an electronic display, a testing area, and a differential pressure sensor fluidly connected to ambient air in an ambient environment and gas within the testing area. A controller determines one or more differential pressure readings based on data received from the differential pressure sensor, and generates and transmits an electronic notification where the differential pressure readings are below a predetermined threshold.

Electronic display assemblies providing enhanced leak detection, and systems and methods related to the same, are provided. A differential pressure sensor detects a differential pressure between an ambient environment and a testing area of the electronic display assembly. A controller determines differential pressure readings based on data received from the differential pressure sensor and selectively generates electronic notifications based on said differential pressure readings.

A display assembly includes electronic displays secured to a structural framework at an elevated position, the structural framework including one or more members and configured for attachment to a surface. Solar panels are secured to the structure framework at a location above the electronic displays, and bulk energy storage devices are secured to the structure framework and electrically connected with the electronic displays and the solar panels.

A solar energy harvesting device is secured to an upper portion of the vehicle and is electrically connected to the electronic display.

A bulk energy storage device is located below the electronic display portion. An electronic display assembly includes a housing with a pass-through device which accepts a utility line. One or more electronic display subassemblies are placed within said housing and a are surrounded by a substantially sealed closed loop pathway. An open loop pathway permits ambient air to pass through said housing and thermally interact with said closed loop pathway without mixing. At least two peripheral devices are located within said housing, one of which is a charging subassembly and the other is selected from the group consisting of: a camera, a touchscreen, an additional electronic display, video communications equipment, audio communications equipment, and an emergency notification subassembly.
