In some embodiments, a computer system modifies the visual appearances of user interface objects based on their spatial arrangement relative to the viewpoint of the user in a three-dimensional environment. In some embodiments, a computer system displays, via a display generation component, a representation of a message in a three-environment at a first distance from a viewpoint of the user, and then changes the distance of the representation of the message to be a second distance from the viewpoint of the user. In some embodiments, a computer system is configured to transition virtual objects from a three-dimensional appearance to a two-dimensional appearance and/or from a two-dimensional appearance to a three-dimensional appearance.

Representations of messages in a three-dimensional environment

Methods for displaying and repositioning objects in an environment

In some embodiments, an electronic device emphasizes and/or deemphasizes user interfaces based on the gaze of a user. In some embodiments, an electronic device defines levels of immersion for different user interfaces independently of one another. In some embodiments, an electronic device resumes display of a user interface at a previously-displayed level of immersion after (e.g., temporarily) reducing the level of immersion associated with the user interface. Devices, methods, and graphical user interfaces for interacting with three-dimensional environments

A computer system displays a first view of a three-dimensional environment, including a first user interface object having a first surface at a first position in the three-dimensional environment. While displaying the first view of the three-dimensional environment, the computer system detects a change in biometric data of a first user, and in response, changes an appearance of the first surface in the first user interface object in accordance with the change in biometric data of the first user. While displaying the first user interface object with the appearance that has been changed based on the change in the biometric data of the first user, the computer system detects first movement of the first user, and in response, changes the appearance of the first user interface object in accordance with the first movement of the first user.

A computer system displays a first computer-generated experience that includes displaying one or more virtual elements in a three-dimensional environment with a first appearance. While displaying the one or more virtual elements with the first appearance, the computer system receives biometric data corresponding to respiration of a first user.
