A terminal assembly includes a terminal block of a dielectric material defining a plurality of bores therethrough. A respective terminal contact of an electrically conductive material is seated in each of the respective bores. The terminal contact defines a longitudinal axis therethrough with a terminal bore defined through the terminal contact along the longitudinal axis. A divider wall separates the terminal bore into a solder cup for a lead wire on an interior side of the terminal bore, and a lug receptacle on an exterior side of the terminal bore.

Embodiments herein relate to piece-part, sub-assembly, assembly, and component levels of a differential composed of a sun gear configuration and utilized in an integrated drive generator. An integrated drive generator is a hydro-mechanical transmission that drives a synchronous salient pole generator. The integrated drive generator is a constant speed output, variable speed input transmission that includes the differential and a hydraulic unit. In general, the integrated drive generator utilizes the variable speed input from an accessory gear box of an engine to drive or control a hydraulic unit, which in turn drives or controls a churn leg member of the differential. As the differential is driven, speeds of each speed member of the differential are then summed to generate the constant speed output to drive the synchronous salient pole generator.

A hydraulic system for a ram air turbine includes a hydraulic pump having a high pressure fluid outlet port, a housing, a pivot post arranged to pass through the housing and defining a mechanical pivot relative to the housing about an axis, a transfer tube positioned between the high pressure fluid outlet port of the hydraulic pump and a port in the housing for the high pressure fluid outlet path, and seal elements positioned at or near opposite ends of the transfer tube. A fluid inlet path and a high pressure fluid outlet path pass through the housing and the pivot post. The transfer tube has a crowned end.
