An apparatus and process for impinging a fluid upon an object to be treated. A generally conical shaped flow of fluid is directed from a body which has an opening at the base of the cone against an object to be treated, and located so that fluid impinging on the object reflects upwardly therefrom in the direction of the opening and has a lifting effect on filamentary material, such as hair, located on the object.

Closure for bags

A closure for pliant containers, such as bags and the like, which has an elongated closure body and an elongated closure arm that are pivotally attached to pivot in parallel planes. The body forms a U-shaped slot to receive a portion of the arm so that a pliant container can be sealingly closed between the body and the arm when a portion of the arm is received within the U-shaped slot of the body.
