A display device is disclosed. The display device comprises: a driving transistor drives a light emitting element; a scanning transistor connected between a first node of the driving transistor and a data line; and a sensing transistor connected between a second node of the driving transistor and a reference voltage line, wherein a period of time during which a characteristic value of the sensing transistor is sensed includes a voltage control period, a voltage tracking period, and a sampling period, and during the voltage control period, a first sensing voltage is supplied to the data line, a second sensing voltage is supplied to a third node of the driving transistor, a third sensing voltage is supplied to gate nodes of the scanning transistor and the sensing transistor, and a fourth sensing voltage is supplied to the reference voltage line. Accordingly, changes of characteristic values of the sensing transistor are sensed.

Display device and driving method

A display device and a driving method thereof. While a turn-on gate signal is being supplied to a first gate line, a dummy voltage is supplied to a first type data line, and a first image frame voltage for expressing a first image frame line is supplied to a second type data line. The readability of an image frame is improved.

Provided is an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device. The OLED display device includes a substrate in which a pixel area and a non-pixel area are defined, a power line formed on the substrate, at least one insulating film covering the power line, a light-emitting element formed on the insulating film, a connection electrode connected to the power line and formed to extend along an upper surface of the insulating film, and a passivation film having a contact hole through which a portion of the connection electrode is exposed within the non-pixel area. The light-emitting element includes a first electrode, an emissive layer, and a second electrode that are sequentially stacked. The second electrode is in direct contact with the connection electrode within the contact hole.

Organic light-emitting diode display device and method of manufacturing same

An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device capable of improving light extraction efficiency and lifetime is disclosed. In the OLED display device, a protective layer having a convex shaped protruding pattern is arranged in a light emitting area at a central portion of a substrate, so that only the light emitting area has a selectively convex protruding shape. Accordingly, in the OLED display device, in a process of forming an organic light emitting layer, the protruding pattern can artificially offset the organic light emitting layer arranged at the central portion of the substrate being sagged, by a protective layer having a convex shaped protruding pattern. As a result, the OLED display device can improve a problem of thickness non-uniformity of the central portion and an edge portion of the substrate due to a sagging phenomenon of the organic light emitting layer.
