Provided are a battery charging method and device, and a storage medium that are applicable to a lithium-ion battery with an N/P range of 0.5 to 1.1. The method includes: obtaining, by a power management system, a state of health (SOH) loss of the lithium-ion battery; and determining a charge cut-off voltage of a next charge process based on the SOH loss, an initial charge cut-off voltage of the lithium-ion battery, and a voltage correction factor, where the initial charge cut-off voltage is determined based on the N/P, and the charge cut-off voltage increases with increase of a count of charging. The N/P range is 0.5 to 1.1, thereby reducing the dosage of the negative electrode and reducing cost. In addition, the charge cut-off voltage of the next charge process is increased based on the SOH loss, thereby ensuring that the lithium-ion battery is free from lithium plating.

The method includes: obtaining a SOC value of the lithium battery in a charge process, where the SOC value is a ratio of a remaining capacity of the battery to a nominal capacity of the battery; changing a value of a charge current at a time point corresponding to an arbitrary SOC value, and obtaining a response signal within a time period of maintaining the changed charge current; and determining, based on response signals at time points corresponding to a plurality of SOC values, whether the lithium battery is abnormal. The method can implement non-destructive detection of abnormality of a lithium-ion battery, simplify operation, and achieve relatively high accuracy.

With battery cells stacked in a horizontal direction, a first battery cell arrangement structure and a second battery cell arrangement structure are stacked in a vertical direction, and a first bus bar of a bus bar array is used to sequentially connect the battery cells of the first battery cell arrangement structure and the second battery cell arrangement structure. As a result, a total positive electrode and a total negative electrode of a battery module are located at two ends of the battery module, which greatly reduces the possibility of a short circuit of the battery module and improves the safety of the battery module.

A battery module including a first battery group, a second battery group, a cooling plate, and a plurality of busbars electrically connected with a plurality of battery cells. The cooling plate is placed between the first battery group and the second battery group, and the two surfaces of the cooling plate are respectively bonded onto the first battery group and the second battery group with thermally conductive adhesive, the first battery group and the second battery group can be mounted close to the cooling plate, thus increasing the heat dissipation area and improving the heat dissipation effect.

The secondary batteries each includes two sides opposite to each other in the second direction, the cooling component is disposed on at least one of the two sides, the cooling component and the end face are respectively disposed on two sides of the case in the second direction, and the cooling component is connected and fixed to each of the secondary batteries.
