Provided are an organic compound and an application thereof. The organic compound has a structure represented by Formula I. Through the design of a molecular structure, the organic compound has suitable HOMO and LUMO energy levels, high singlet energy level, good optoelectronic performance, a high glass transition temperature and good thermal stability, easily forms a good amorphous film, and is suitable for the machining and use of an OLED device. The organic compound, when used in the OLED device, may be used as a light-emitting layer material, an electron transport material or a hole blocking material and especially suitable for use as a host material of the light-emitting layer and can effectively improve the luminescence efficiency of the device, improve the device stability, extend lifetime, and reduce an operating voltage and energy consumption so that the OLED device has significantly improved performance such as luminescence efficiency, lifetime and energy consumption.

Organic compound and application thereof

Provided are an organic compound, an OLED, and an application thereof. The organic compound has a structure shown in Formula I; the compound is a polycyclic aromatic compound with large conjugate plane, which is formed by connecting aromatic fused rings with heterogeneous elements such as boron and nitrogen. Through the design of skeleton structure and substituents, the compound has narrow half-peak width, high color purity and internal quantum efficiency; and with substituents introduction, the intermolecular aggregation can be effectively inhibited, thereby avoiding fluorescence decrease induced by aggregation and improving luminescence efficiency of the device, and meanwhile, can also effectively regulate triplet energy level of molecules, and effectively prolong the device lifetime. The organic compound is used for OLED devices, especially for light-emitting layer materials, which can effectively improve the luminescence efficiency, reduce turn-on voltage and energy consumption, prolong working life, and enable the OLED device to have better comprehensive performance.

Provided are an organic compound and an application thereof The organic compound of the present disclosure has a structure similar to a spiro ring. The structure can enable the compound to obtain relatively high thermal stability and a relatively high glass transition temperature Tg. The skeleton has an electron-donating ability, and a group having an electron withdrawing ability is linked to the skeleton so that the skeleton has the electron withdrawing ability, which is more conducive to the transport and recombination of electrons and holes in this region. The compound having the structure similar to the spiro ring also has suitable steric distortion and can reduce a molecular acting force and intermolecular stacking, which is conducive to reducing concentration quenching and efficiency roll-off and preparing an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device. Therefore, the compound of the present disclosure also enables the device to achieve a longer lifetime.

Through molecular structure design, the organic compound is endowed with suitable HOMO and LUMO energy levels, which is conducive to matching energy levels of compounds in adjacent layers and achieving efficient exciton recombination. Provided are a boron-silicon heterocyclic compound having a structure represented by formula 1, a display device and a display apparatus. In formula 1, Land Lare each a single bond, C6-C30 arylene, C6-C30 fused arylene, C4-C30 heteroarylene, or C4-C30 fused heteroarylene; Dand Dare each a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted C4-C60 heteroaryl, a substituted or unsubstituted C10-C60 fused aryl, a substituted or unsubstituted C8-C30 fused heteroaryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted diphenylamino. The present disclosure describes a compound, a light-emitting material, an organic light-emitting display panel and an organic light-emitting display device. The compound has an energy level difference between a singlet and a triplet states as &#x394;E&#x2265;0.30 eV, and, when used in an organic light-emitting display panel, can further increase the luminous efficiency of the device.

The present disclosure provides a compound having property of thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) and a display device. The compound has a structure represented by Formula (I), in which X is S, O, Se, or C; D is an electron donor, A is an electron acceptor; m is a number of the electron donor D, and the m electron donors D are the same or different; n is a number of the electron acceptor, and the n electron acceptors are the same or different, m and n are integers each independently selected from 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, and m+n&#x2264;6. The above compound provides a high luminescence efficiency. The organic light-emitting display device has advantages of improved luminescence efficiency, lower cost and long service life by using the above compound as a light-emitting material, a host material, or a guest material.
