A pipeline pump shaped by stamping and welding, comprises a pump body, a pedestal, a pump rear cover and a motor installed at the opening of the pump body, and an impeller arranged inside the pump body. The pump body is comprised of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. A flow guide part, the impeller, an exhaust part, and the pump rear cover mounted on the opening of the outer cylinder are coaxially arranged upwards in turn from the opening of the inner cylinder. The impeller is axial suction and radial discharge. The disk bottom of the flow guide part is sealed with the opening of the inner cylinder. The impeller is coaxially arranged inside the flow guide part, and a flow guide vanes corresponding to a radial exhaust port of the impeller are provided on a circumferential wall of the flow guide part.

A food centrifugal pump formed by stamping and welding, comprising a pump casing and a cover mounted therein, an impeller, a shaft and a motor provided on the outer side of the casing, wherein the impeller is mounted on the shaft and driven to rotate by the motor; the pump casing is provided with an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe; the impeller have a structure of half-opened type and consists of blades, a hub and a back cover plate, the front end of the blade is close to the inner side of the axial plane of the pump casing, and there is an end face seal formed therebetween; the pump casing is formed by stamping a single metal plate, the outer side of the axial plane of which is provided with an inlet pipe bracket used to support the inlet pipe, the end of which is connected to the outer side of the pump casing, the other end of which is nestedly connected to the inlet pipe and fixed thereon. The manufacturing process of the food centrifugal pump is simple and convenient, its cost is low, its flow rate capability is high, and the inside of the pump casing is clean.

An improved jet well pump includes a centrifugal pump assembly that is a stamping-welding one and a jet pump assembly. The centrifugal pump assembly includes a pump body and a pump cover, an impeller and a shaft that are disposed in the pump body, it also includes a motor arranged outside of the pump body. The impeller is installed on the shaft and driven by the motor. The jet pump assembly includes a jet pump body, a nozzle installed in the jet pump body and a throat member disposed on the upper end of the jet pump body. The centrifugal pump assembly and the jet pump assembly are communicated with each other by means of an inlet pipe and a return pipe. The upper ends of the inlet pipe and the return pipe are connected with an inlet and an outlet that are arranged on the axial surface of the pump body respectively, and the lower ends are connected with the throat member and the jet pump body respectively. The well pump not only improves manufactural process by simplifying and compacting structure and is convenient for transportation and use, but also reduces the intensity of labor and the cost, saves materials and has no pollution.
