A display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area; a first thin film transistor arranged on the display area of the substrate and having a first semiconductor layer including a silicon semiconductor and a first gate electrode insulated from the first semiconductor layer by a first gate insulating layer; a second thin film transistor arranged on the display area of the substrate and having a second semiconductor layer including an oxide semiconductor and a second gate electrode insulated from the second semiconductor layer; and a storage capacitor at least partially overlapping the first thin film transistor and having a lower electrode and an upper electrode, wherein the second semiconductor layer and one of the lower electrode and the upper electrode are arranged on a same layer.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus includes a first transistor, a first data line, a second data line, a driving voltage line, and a first insulating layer. The first transistor includes a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode. The first semiconductor layer includes a source region and a drain region. The first data line is disposed at a left side of the first transistor, and the second data line is disposed at a right side of the first transistor. The driving voltage line at least partially overlaps the first data line and the second data line. The first insulating layer is disposed between the first data line and the driving voltage line and between the second data line and the driving voltage line.

A display device includes: a substrate including a display area, a peripheral area outside the display area, and a pad area in the peripheral area; a data line in the display area; and a first connection line in the display area and connected to the data line to transmit, to the data line, a signal from the pad area, wherein the first connection line includes a first portion in a first direction and a second portion bent from the first portion and in a second direction.

A display apparatus may include a first transistor, a second transistor, and a capacitor. The first transistor includes a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode insulated from the first semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer includes a first silicon semiconductor. The second transistor includes a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode insulated from the second semiconductor layer. The second semiconductor layer includes a first oxide semiconductor. The capacitor includes a first electrode and a second electrode. A method includes applying first different voltages to pixels included in a reference pixel column and pixels included in a pad adjacent pixel column electrically connected to a second pad adjacent to a first pad connected to the reference pixel column, and applying second different voltages to the pixels included in the reference pixel column and to pixels included in a line adjacent pixel column electrically connected to a second data line adjacent to a first data line connected to the reference pixel column.

A display panel includes a first unit pixel including a first pixel electrode for emitting red light, a first pixel electrode for emitting blue light, and a first pixel electrode for emitting green light. A second unit pixel neighbors the first unit pixel and includes a second pixel electrode for emitting red light, a second pixel electrode for emitting blue light, and a second pixel electrode for emitting green light. The first unit pixel further includes a first red emission layer disposed on the first pixel electrode for emitting red light. A display apparatus includes a substrate, a driving thin-film transistor arranged on the substrate and including a driving semiconductor layer and a driving gate electrode, a first scanning line arranged on the first substrate and which extends in a first direction, a data line which extends in a second direction that intersects with the first direction, a node connection line arranged in the same layer as the first scanning line, and a shielding conductive layer arranged between the data line and the node connection line and disposed in the same layer as the driving gate electrode, where an end of the node connection line is connected to the driving gate electrode through a first node contact hole.

In order to reduce a parasitic capacitance that may occur between a data line and a semiconductor layer and a crosstalk caused by the parasitic capacitance, a display panel includes a substrate, a driving thin film transistor on the substrate, including a driving semiconductor layer and a driving gate electrode, a compensation thin film transistor on the substrate, including a compensation semiconductor layer and a compensation gate electrode, a node connection line electrically connecting the driving thin film transistor to the compensation thin film transistor, a scan line extending in a first direction on the substrate, and a gate connection line electrically connected to the scan line, which includes the compensation gate electrode, wherein the compensation semiconductor layer is closer to the driving semiconductor layer than the scan line when viewed on a plane.
