An anode target, a ray light source, a computed tomography device, and an imaging method, which relate to the technical field of ray processing. The anode target comprises a first anode target, a second anode target, and a ceramic plate. The first anode target is used for enabling, by means of a first voltage carried on the first anode target, an electron beam emitted by a cathode to generate a first ray on a target spot of the first anode target. The second anode target is used for enabling, by means of a second voltage carried on the second anode target, an electron beam emitted by the cathode to generate a second tray on a target spot of the second anode. The ceramic plate is used for isolating the first anode target from the second anode target. By means of the anode target, the ray light source, the computed tomography device and the imaging method, dual-energy distributed ray imaging data can be provided and the imaging quality of a ray system can be improved.

An anode target comprises: a plurality of target structures, used for receiving an electron beam emitted by a cathode to generate a ray, the plurality of target structures being of three-dimensional structures having bevels; a copper cooling body, used for bearing the target structures and comprising an oxygen-free copper cooling body; a cooling oil tube, used for cooling the anode target; and a shielding layer, used for achieving a shielding effect and comprising a tungsten shielding layer. The anode target, the ray light source, the computed tomography scanning device, and the imaging method in the present application are able to enable all target spots on the anode target to be distributed on a straight line, imaging quality of a ray system is improved, and complexity of an imaging system is reduced.

A distributed X-ray light source comprises: a plurality of arranged cathode assemblies used for emitting electron beams; an anode target used for receiving the electron beams emitted by the cathode assemblies; and compensation electrodes and focusing electrodes provided in sequence between the plurality of the cathode assemblies and the anode target, the compensation electrode being used for adjusting electric field strength at two ends of a grid structure in each cathode assembly, and the focusing electrode being used for focusing the electron beams emitted by the cathode assemblies, wherein the focusing electrode corresponding to at least one cathode assembly in the plurality of the cathode assemblies comprises a first electrode and a second electrode which are separately provided, and an electron beam channel is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode.

An electron gun, an X-ray source and a CT device are provided. The electron gun includes a body having a first end portion and a second end portion opposite to each other, wherein the first end portion is a connecting end portion; an internal cavity is formed in the body and has an opening positioned on the second end portion; a cathode, a grid, a compensation electrode and a focus electrode, orderly arranged in the internal cavity in a direction from the first end portion to the second end portion.

The disclosed technology relates to an X-ray conversion target. In one aspect, the X-ray conversion target includes target body and a target part arranged within the target body, the target part having a first face configured to produce X-rays. The X-ray conversion target further comprises a cooling passage having a side wall, at least a part of the side wall being consisted of a portion of the target part.

A cathode assembly, an X-ray source and a CT device are provided. The cathode assembly includes a ceramic plug having a first and second end portions. Four wiring terminals and a protruding positioning part are provided on the first end portion. An internal cavity is formed in the ceramic plug, and a cathode is provided therein. The cathode has a filament with a positive and negative electrode leads. A grid is provided on the second end portion and has a grid voltage signal line. The cathode has a cathode surface lead. The positive electrode lead, the negative electrode lead, the grid voltage signal line and the cathode surface lead are electrically connected to one of the wiring terminals, respectively. The ceramic socket has four wiring tubes which may be electrically connected with the four wiring terminals.

The present invention relates to a power feedback device, including: an AC input power source, which is three-phase or multi-phase AC, or three-phase or multi-phase AC in which the output terminal is connected in series with an inductor, for generating power; a plurality of power converting units, the input terminals of which are respectively connected with two phases of the AC input power source, for power converting the two phases of AC generated by the AC input power source respectively; an isolating transformer, the primary side of which is a three-phase winding and connected with a power network, the secondary side of which is multi-path of three-phase windings and connected with the output terminals of the plurality of power converting units, for feeding the AC converted by the plurality of power converting units back to the power network. The power feedback device according to the present invention can improve the waveform coefficients of the current of the power generation device, and increase the power factors and the utilization rate of the device, and also, the device matches power networks of different voltage levels, thereby improving the waveform coefficients of the current fed back to the power networks and lowering harmonic component.

Disclosed are an energy spectrum modulation apparatus, a material discrimination method and a device thereof, as well as an image processing method are disclosed, which can discriminate the material in large- and medium-sized objects such as cargo containers, air cargo containers, etc. by using X-rays having different energy levels. The energy spectrum modulation apparatus comprises a first energy spectrum modulation part for modulating a first ray having a first energy spectrum, and a second energy spectrum modulation part coupled to the first energy spectrum modulation part and for modulating a second ray having a second energy spectrum different from the first energy spectrum. The present invention can be used in the non-opening inspection for large-sized container cargo at places such as Customs, ports and airports.

An irradiating device and a method for controlling it are provided. The device comprises an electron accelerator and a scanning box connected to the electron accelerator, wherein the scanning box is provided with a target, an electron beam exit window positioned at left or right side of the target and a scanning magnet. The device integrates the functions of both the existing irradiating device outputting electron beams and those outputting X-rays. When the scanning magnet is in operation, the irradiating device outputs electron beams; and when the scanning magnet is not in operation, the irradiating device outputs X-rays. Therefore, the device is capable of outputting two radiation sources so as to meet requirements for radiation-processing articles with different sizes.

Mobile electron beam radiation sterilizing apparatus

The present invention relates a waveform transformation method and apparatus. It uses multilevel transformation module in series, and the output voltages of power modules at all levels are superposed to get the total output voltage, whereas each power transformation module realizes AC-to-AC direct conversion. The deviation between the output' voltage and setting reference voltage at any time point is made as small as possible by selecting different transformation modules as current working circuit and selecting output voltage waveform of the each different transformation modules. The invention includes outputting n groups of electrical insulating AC and n transfonnation modules connected with AC. The wave transformation method and device of present invention eliminates the intermediate DC stage, so that the circuit is greatly simplified, the cost is reduced obviously and improve working efficiency. It makes voltage and current harmonics to be reduced and obtains higher power factor.

A magnetic-field sensor has an array of split-drain transistors connected in parallel, each having a first, a second, and a third drain electrode, and a negative reference current generating transistor. A biasing circuit is utilized to bias the split-drain transistors in the saturated state, and to actuate the negative reference current generating transistor to generate a negative reference current. A first, a second, and a third current mirror are all controlled by a reference voltage. The second current mirror is coupled to the second drain electrode of each of the split-drain transistors to keep the reference voltage at a reference level. The first current mirror is coupled to the first drain electrode of each of the split-drain transistors to generate a first sensed current, and the third current mirror is coupled to the third drain electrode of each of the split-drain transistors to generate a second sensed current. A positive reference current generating transistor is controlled by the reference voltage to generate a positive reference current. The first and second sensed currents, and the negative and positive reference currents can be utilized to indicate the strength of the magnetic field.
