This disclosure provides an experiment device for spudcan penetration and pullout of a jack-up rig, comprising an experiment bench and a spudcan leg, and further comprising: a ballasting tank; supporting wheels provided on the experiment bench; a suspension rope wound around the supporting wheels with two ends being connected respectively to the spudcan leg and the ballasting tank, wherein the ballasting tank has a first state of being seated on the spudcan leg and a second state of being separated from the spudcan leg and suspended under the suspension rope, by configuring the ballasting tank to have two different states, the gravity of the ballasting tank can be used as both the penetration force and the pullout force, and eliminating the need to provide two loading devices to apply the penetration pressure and the pullout force respectively.

The present disclosure provides a worktable for testing a liquid crystal panel. In one embodiment, the worktable for testing the liquid crystal panel includes: a table body, an upper surface of which being formed with a mounting groove in order to form a light-transmittance region; wherein, the table body is further formed with a slot that has an opening in a side surface of the table body and that is configured to mount a lower polarizer therein so that the lower polarizer at least covers the light-transmittance region. The present disclosure also provides a test apparatus including the mentioned worktable.

A cutter head includes: a support platform; a double curved surface member mounted on the support platform and having a first curved surface and a second curved surface; a cutter wheel support member and a roller wheel support member moveably mounted on the support platform, respectively; a cutter wheel and a roller wheel mounted on the cutter wheel support member and the roller wheel support member, respectively; a first transmission mechanism mounted on the support platform, configured to be mated with the first curved surface, and connected to the cutter wheel support member, so as to transmit a movement of the double curved surface member to the cutter wheel; and a second transmission mechanism mounted on the support platform, configured to be mated with the second curved surface, and connected to the roller wheel support member, so as to transmit a movement of the double curved surface member to the roller wheel. The cutter head has a compact structure, and it improves the levelness of the cutter wheel and the roller wheel, and increases the mechanical precision.
