The shell includes a sidewall and a first end wall connected to the sidewall. The electrode post is dielectrically mounted on the first end wall of the shell. The electrode assembly is located in the shell. The electrode assembly includes a first tab. The first tab faces the first end wall and is electrically connected to the electrode post. The insulation piece includes a first insulation portion located between the bottom wall and the first tab, and a second insulation portion peripherally disposed at an outer edge of the first insulation portion and protrudes toward a side at which the electrode assembly is located.
