In order to achieve a power conversion device with which a motor can be stably driven, a power conversion device is provided with: an inverter, which converts supplied DC voltage to an AC output voltage and supplies the AC output voltage to windings, and which, in accordance with the DC voltage, changes the saturation level at which the output voltage is saturated, in order to drive a motor equipped with a stator having the windings and a rotor having permanent magnets; and a controller which, when the output voltage is lower than the saturation level, increases the output current of the inverter such that a magnetic flux that weakens or strengthens the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnets is generated in the windings. An air conditioner including the power conversion device is also disclosed.

Power conversion device and air conditioner

An inverter, motor drive device and freezing device, with which it is possible to effectively suppress current beats in the event of over-modulation without requiring additional circuits. This motor driving device includes: a rectifier circuit that converts the AC voltage from an AC power supply into a DC voltage; a smoothing capacitor that smoothes the DC voltage output from the rectifier circuit; an inverter circuit that converts the DC voltage output from the smoothing capacitor into an AC voltage; and a controller that reduces the current beat component by estimating, using a phase locked loop process, the frequency, phase and amplitude of the current beat component in the output current of the inverter circuit, and corrects the voltage command to the inverter circuit on the basis of the estimated frequency, phase and amplitude.

Inverter and motor drive device, freezing device

A motor drive that enables the elimination of distortion of a motor current caused by direct current voltage ripples with the use of a smoothing capacitor having a small capacity and refrigeration equipment. A motor drive includes a rectifier circuit, a smoothing capacitor, voltage detector, an inverter circuit, current sensor, and a controller configured to control the inverter circuit. The controller has a voltage controller configured to generate a voltage command value used for controlling the motor, a ripple frequency arithmetic unit configured to operate a ripple frequency included in the direct current voltage signal, and a harmonic suppressor configured to process a signal based on the direct current signal using an S controller having a gain near the ripple frequency and output a corrected amount. The inverter circuit is controlled based on a signal that the voltage command value is corrected using the corrected amount.

A controller of an inverter control apparatus includes an A/D conversion unit that performs digital conversion of an input signal when a signal for either an A/D converter start trigger or an A/D converter start trigger is input thereinto; a first inverter control unit that generates the A/D converter start trigger which starts the A/D conversion unit, based on A/D converter start timing information and a first carrier signal; a second inverter control unit that generates the A/D converter start trigger which starts the A/D conversion unit, based on A/D converter start timing information and a second carrier signal; and an A/D start factor selection unit that receives either the A/D converter start trigger or the A/D converter start trigger and selects an A/D start factor at a predetermined period timing of an operation period of the first carrier signal and the second carrier signal.

Inverter control apparatus and air conditioner

A converter includes three AC reactors, a three-phase diode bridge, a plurality of smoothing capacitors connected in series between a DC output side of the three-phase diode bridge and a DC load, two flywheel diodes connected to positive and negative terminals on the DC side of the three-phase diode bridge, respectively. A reactor is inserted between the midpoint of the two flywheel diodes and the midpoint of the smoothing capacitors, three both-way energizing switches are arranged between the AC side of the three-phase diode bridge and the midpoint of the two flywheel diodes. The three both-way energizing switches are controlled to reduce higher harmonic components of power source current, and by the reactor interposed between the midpoint of the two flywheel diodes and the midpoint of the smoothing capacitors, reverse recovery currents of the three-phase diode bridge during turn-on of the three both-way energizing switches are suppressed.

The invention relates to a speed control method of a magnetic motor and is capable of providing a speed controller of the magnetic motor realizing highly stable, highly efficient and highly responsive control characteristics even around critical torque of the motor. When an excessive torque command value (or a q-axis commanded current value) greater than a torque maximum value (or a q-axis current) that can be outputted by the motor is required, an input of speed control is limited so that the q-axis commanded current value does not increase up to a limit value.
