The PS-PDCCH configuration method includes: obtaining a first configuration parameter. The first configuration parameter is used to indicate an object that can be indicated by a PS-PDCCH. The object includes at least one of N Discontinuous Reception Groups (DRX groups) and M cells. Both N and M are positive integers.
