The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal for transmitting and receiving messages and a control method thereof. A mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a display unit configured to display at least one message transmitted to and received from at least one user terminal and receive a touch input for selecting one of the at least one message; a controller configured to control the display unit that displays icons corresponding to the at least one user terminal, respectively, to distinguish whether or not the selected message has been checked for each of the at least one user terminal; and a wireless communication unit configured to transmit a check request message of the selected message to a user terminal corresponding to the selected one of the displayed icons.

Mobile terminal and method for controlling the same

Provided is a terminal including: an information extraction unit that extracts location information which is designated as a destination point; a display unit to which a graphic image for receiving a control command for displaying a source of the location information, and the extracted location information are output together; and a controller that controls the display unit in such a manner that a guide screen for guiding a path to the destination point that is selected by a user from among the pieces of location information.

There is discussed according to an embodiment a method for receiving an incoming call with a mobile terminal includes steps of: receiving an incoming call signal; displaying a receiving delay button on a display unit; allowing a call receiver to select the receiving delay button; sending a predetermined comment to a caller; and converting the caller's voice into a text message and displaying a text message on the display unit, such that the call receiver may not run to answer the call and may delay the call for a preset time period when the call receiver receives the call received by the mobile terminal while moving.
