A semiconductor light emitting device is provided. The device includes: an LED chip having a lower surface, an upper surface, and a side surface between the upper surface and the lower surface; first and second conductive bumps disposed on first and second conductive bumps provided on the lower surface; a first wavelength conversion layer having a first region provided on the upper surface of the LED chip and a second region which extends past the side surface of the LED chip; a second wavelength conversion layer having a first surface contacting the side surface of the LED chip, a second surface, a third surface connecting the first surface and the second surface, and contacting the second region, and a fourth surface located opposite to the third surface and inclined; and a reflective resin portion provided on the lower surface of the LED chip and the fourth surface.

Semiconductor light emitting device

A light emitting device may include a light emitting structure, a transparent electrode, a first insulation layer, a first electrode, a second insulation layer and a second electrode. The light emitting structure may include a first semiconductor layer, an activation layer and a second semiconductor layer sequentially stacked. The transparent electrode may be formed on an upper surface of the second semiconductor layer. The transparent electrode may have at least one opening. The first insulation layer may be formed on an upper surface of the transparent electrode to fill the at least one opening. The first electrode may be formed on an upper surface of the first insulation layer. The first electrode may include a contact extending through the first insulation layer and connected with the transparent electrode. The second insulation layer may be formed on an upper surface of the first electrode. The second electrode may be formed on an upper surface of the second insulation layer. The second electrode may be electrically connected with the first semiconductor layer.

Light emitting device

Disclosed is a cleaner. The cleaner includes a cleaner body, a suction nozzle configured to suck dust on a floor surface, and a suction hose configured to transfer the dust, transferred from the suction nozzle, to the cleaner body. The cleaner body includes a driving driver or motor moving the cleaner body, a depth sensor configured to obtain image information about an object near the cleaner body, and a processor configured to extract a foot sole region of a person, based on the obtained image information, obtain a moving point of the cleaner body, based on the extracted foot sole region, and control the driving driver to move the cleaner body to the obtained moving point.

Robot for automatically following a person

Disclosed is an MRI control signal providing method including obtaining an initial control variable array including time-series values of a control variable for controlling a spatial profile of an induced magnetic field induced by an MRI scanner, obtaining information about a desired spatial profile of the induced magnetic field in the MRI scanner, calculating a differentiation array obtainable by partially differentiating a predetermined function with respect to the control variable, and calculating a scaled array obtained by scaling the differentiation array with a predetermined scaling factor, and generating an updated control variable array from the initial control variable array by subtracting values of the scaled array from values of the initial control variable array.

Method for generating MRI RF pulse and device for the same

A moving robot includes a travelling unit to move a main body, an image acquisition unit to acquire an image around the main body, a sensor unit including at least one sensor to sense an obstacle during moving, a storage unit to store information on a location of the sensed obstacle and information on a location of the moving robot, to register, into a map, an obstacle area of the obstacle, and to store an image from the image acquisition unit in the obstacle area, an obstacle acquisition module to determine a final attribute of the obstacle using the attributes of the obstacle obtained based on machine learning, and a control unit to detect attributes of obstacles through the obstacle recognition module if detecting a confinement state by the obstacles and to control the traveling unit to move one of the obstacles.

Moving robot and control method thereof

A robot cleaner is disclosed. The robot cleaner includes a cleaner body, a position sensor disposed in the cleaner body, the position sensor including a light transmission unit to emit light and a light reception unit to receive light reflected or scattered from an obstacle after being emitted from the light transmission unit, and a transparent member to transmit the light emitted from the light transmission unit and the light to be received by the light reception unit.

Robot cleaner

Disclosed is a robot cleaner. The robot cleaner includes a case forming the external appearance of the robot cleaner, an agitator rotating and contacting a surface to be cleaned, a dust collector in which foreign substances are collected and a suction unit providing suction force to the dust collector, and the agitator is arranged between the dust collector and the suction unit. Therefore, the robot cleaner reduces loss of suction force generated from the suction unit.

A robot cleaner includes a main body, a light transmitting unit, an image sensor, a base, a rotation drive unit, and an elevation drive unit. The light transmitting unit emits light. The light reflected or scattered by an obstacle is sensed by the image sensor. The base supports the light transmitting unit and the image sensor and is rotatably and vertically movably disposed in the main body. The rotation drive unit rotates the base. The elevation drive unit allows the base to retract or protract from the main body.

Provided is an automatic cleaner that absorbs and senses a shock more efficiently. In one embodiment, an automatic cleaner comprises: a casing comprising a cover that defines a top surface thereof and at least one portion of an edge thereof, and a base that defines a bottom surface thereof, the cover being coupled to the base and moved relative to the base; a sensing member installed on one of the cover and the base, and sensing a relative movement of the cover to the base; a driving part installed on the other of the cover and the base, and operating the sensing member according to the relative movement of the cover to the base; and a buffer member installed on one of the cover and the base, and absorbing a shock according to the relative movement of the cover to the base.

A robot cleaner comprises a main body having a suction port at a bottom surface thereof, a pair of wheel assemblies disposed at both sides of the main body, and configured to move the main body, a dust box mounted to contact the bottom surface of the main body, and configured to collect dust sucked through the suction port, a filter unit configured to filter air discharged from the dust box, a suction fan configured to form a suction pressure on a suction channel defined by the suction port, the dust box and the filter unit, and a battery disposed at a side of the dust box.
