An ultrathin LED light engine () comprises a protective cover (), a driving circuit board (), an aluminum substrate () and at least one LED module (). A double-sided high-viscosity heat conducting plate () covers the first surface of the aluminum substrate () to fix the driving circuit board (); the at least one LED module () is fixed on the first surface and insulated from the aluminum substrate () by means of an insulating layer () on the first surface; a conductive circuit for electrically connecting the at least one LED module () and the driving circuit board () is arranged on the insulating layer (); and the size of the aluminum substrate () at least at the local peripheral outer area is greater than that of the driving circuit board (), so that the double-sided high-viscosity heat conducting plate () on the first surface at least locally fixes the protective cover (). The LED light engine () realizes ultrathin design and built-in integration of drive and control devices, and realizes heat conduction and fixation of the PCB and the protective cover by using a double-sided high-viscosity film.

Ultrathin LED light engine

The present invention relates to a card type LED driver and transportation means with the card type driver, characterized in that the card type LED driver includes an installation card tray and a replaceable driving circuit board, the installation card tray being secured to an LED module or an LED lamp with the LED module so as to drive and/or control the LED module through an electrical interface in the installation card tray; the replaceable driving circuit board has at least one AC directly driven LED driving unit, the replaceable driving circuit board being pluggably secured to the installation card tray, thus making possible selectively installing a corresponding replaceable driving circuit board according to lighting scenario requirements, dimming requirements, and electrical characteristics of the LED module.

Card type LED driver and transportation means with card type driver

Disclosed is an alternating current dimming drive circuit for an LED, comprising a rectification unit and N stages of LED direct current drive circuits. In the istage of LED direct current drive circuit, a first end of the ivoltage sampling unit and an input end of the iLED light source module directly or indirectly receive the output voltage of the rectification unit; a voltage division end of the ivoltage sampling unit is connected to a second input end of the iswitch unit; and a first input end of the iswitch unit is connected to an output end of the iLED light source module, and an output end of the iswitch unit, a second end of the ivoltage sampling unit and a second output end of the rectification unit are grounded. When the iswitch unit is switched on, the first to the iLED light source modules emit light. When the iswitch unit is switched off, if i is less than N, the first to the (i+1)LED light source modules emit light, and if i is equal to N, the first to the NLED light source modules stop emitting light. The present invention realizes an alternating current directly-driven LED light source module and will not flicker in the case of alternating current voltage fluctuation.

Dimming drive circuit of alternating current directly-driven LED module

The present disclosure discloses a multipath current source switching device, including a switching control unit, N current paths, and N loads. Each current path is formed by a constant current source circuit and a switching circuit. One terminal of a first load is coupled to a load power supply, and the other terminal of the first load is coupled to an output terminal of a constant current source circuit of a first current path and one terminal of a second load; one terminal of an iload is coupled to the other terminal of an (i&#x2212;1)load and an output terminal of a constant current source circuit of an icurrent path; and the switching control unit controls an output current of a corresponding constant current source circuit through a corresponding switching circuit. When the circuits are switched, an output voltage of a switching circuit of a current path to be switched off is decreased to zero according to a preset voltage variation quantity, and an output voltage of a switching circuit of a current path to be switched on is increased to a highest operating voltage according to the preset voltage variation quantity, such that a current on a load does not exceed a preset current and is not zero during switching. N is an integer not less than 2, and i is equal to 2, 3, 4, . . . , N.

Multipath current source switching device

LED AC drive circuit

Disclosed are an alternating current rectifying circuit and an alternating current rectifying method for driving an LED module. The method comprises: when an alternating current module is in a positive half cycle, after an alternating current output by the alternating current module is rectified, outputting the alternating current to a positive half cycle rectifying branch circuit of an external LED module; when the alternating current module is in a negative half cycle, carrying out charging according to the alternating current output by the alternating current module, and when the alternating current module is in the positive half cycle, carrying out discharging, and outputting the alternating current to a positive half cycle feed branch circuit of the external LED module; when the alternating current module is in the negative half cycle, rectifying the alternating current output by the alternating current module, and outputting the alternating current to a negative half cycle rectifying branch circuit of the external LED module; when the alternating current module is in the positive half cycle, carrying out charging according to the alternating current output by the alternating current module, and when the alternating current module is in the negative half cycle, carrying out discharging, and outputting the alternating current to a negative half cycle feed branch circuit of the external LED module. By using the present invention, stability of an output voltage can be improved, and luminous efficiency of the LED module can be improved.

Alternating current rectifying circuit and alternating current rectifying method for driving LED module

Disclosed are an alternating current rectifying circuit and an alternating current rectifying method for driving an LED module. By using the present invention, stability of an output voltage can be improved, and luminous efficiency of the LED module can be improved.

An LED lighting drive circuit supplies power for N groups of LED loads. The LED lighting drive circuit comprises N current paths, N groups of LEDs, and a constant current section. The LED lighting drive circuit enables the current of LED lamps to change in a sinusoidal half-wave form with the utility AC input, and keeps the current a constant effective value.

LED lighting drive circuit

The present invention discloses a white LED light emitting device driven directly by constant current in manner of being supplied with alternating current. N parallel branches, consisting of LED modules and constant current units which are in series connection with the LED modules, are connected to an output terminal of a rectification circuit, and by setting the current value, the turning-off voltage, and the turning-on voltage of the constant current unit of each branch, the periodic flickers generated due to changes in the voltage of the alternating current can be avoided. Because the current of each branch is constant, the changes in junction temperatures do not result in the current changing in LED, and the reliability is improved. Along with the increase of the number of the branches, the driving current waveform approximates a sine wave, and the power factor and the efficiency of the light emitting device are improved.

White LED light emitting device driven directly by constant alternating current

Disclosed are an alternating current rectifying circuit and an alternating current rectifying method for driving an LED module. The method comprises: when an alternating current module is in a positive half cycle, after an alternating current is rectified, outputting the alternating current to a positive half cycle rectifying branch circuit of an LED module; when the alternating current module is in a negative half cycle, carrying out charging according to the alternating current output by the alternating current module, and when the alternating current module is in the positive half cycle, carrying out discharging, and outputting the alternating current to a positive half cycle feed branch circuit of the LED module; when the alternating current module is in the negative half cycle, rectifying the alternating current, and outputting the alternating current to a negative half cycle rectifying branch circuit of the LED module; when the alternating current module is in the positive half cycle, carrying out charging according to the alternating current output by the alternating current module, and when the alternating current module is in the negative half cycle, carrying out discharging, and outputting the alternating current to a negative half cycle feed branch circuit of the LED module; and when a voltage of an input voltage signal is higher than a preset voltage threshold, turning off an overvoltage protection branch circuit of the LED module. By using the present invention, stability of an output voltage can be improved, and luminous efficiency of the LED module can be improved.

An Alternate Current (AC) white Light-Emitting Diode (LED) device is provided, which belongs to the technical field of white LED manufacturing. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to low-costly overcome a series of deficiencies such as the stroboflash of an AC driven LED, and the heat dissipation difficulty caused by an integrated packaging of multiple LEDs. A white LED unit includes an LED chip and a light emitting material that can emit light when being excited by the LED chip. The luminous lifetime of the light emitting material is 1-100 ms. The LED chip only comprises one PN junction. The light emitted by the LED chip is mixed with the light emitted by the light emitting material to form white light. The white LED unit is driven by AC with a frequency not more than 100 Hz. The white LED device of prevent invention uses the single PN junction chip, rather than the prior integrated packaged AC multi-LED chip.
