An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an array substrate, a display panel, and a display device, relating to the field of display technology. The array substrate includes a plurality of sub-pixel regions. The sub-pixel regions include at least one white sub-pixel region and a sub-pixel region adjacent to the white sub-pixel region. A signal line is disposed between the white sub-pixel region and the sub-pixel region adjacent thereto. At most a first data line is disposed between the white sub-pixel region and the adjacent sub-pixel region. The first data line is used to provide a data signal to a sub-pixel electrode in the white sub-pixel region. The signal line transmits a signal of a different type than the data signal.

The pixel unit includes: a thin film transistor; an insulation layer formed at least on a drain electrode of the thin film transistor and formed therein with a via hole which extends through the insulation layer to expose the drain electrode of the thin film transistor below the insulation layer; a pixel electrode formed on the insulation layer and electrically connected to the drain electrode of the thin film transistor at the via hole; and at least one elevating layer formed below the via hole and located below a part of the drain electrode exposed from the via hole such that the exposed part has a height greater than the height of the parts of the drain electrode adjacent to the exposed part. The depth and slope of the via hole is reduced by adding the elevating layer below the via hole. The elevating layer may be made from the gate metal layer and/or the active layer that are not etched off in process without increasing any production cost and process difficulty.

The method for manufacturing the display panel includes steps of: providing two substrates for forming the display panel; arranging the two substrates opposite to each other, curving the two substrates at a predetermined curvature, and directly dripping liquid crystals into a space between the two curved substrates, so as to make the liquid crystals to have a twist angle matching with the predetermined curvature of the two curved substrates; and after the dripping, arranging the two substrates opposite to each other to form a cell. According to the present disclosure, the liquid crystals are dripped into between the two curved substrates, the then the two curved substrates are arranged opposite to each other to form the display panel.

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The LCD panel includes an array substrate and a color filter substrate which are cell-assembled. Liquid crystals are filled between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. A sealant is disposed between peripheral areas of the array substrate and the color filter color filter substrate to seal the array substrate and the color filter substrate, wherein an electrostatic protection layer is also disposed at the peripheral area of the array substrate and configured to cover a peripheral circuit at the peripheral area of the array substrate to provide electrostatic protection for the peripheral circuit.
