A flexible display device including a display panel providing a base surface and a touch screen disposed on the base surface. The display panel may include a plurality of light emitting areas and a non-light emitting area disposed adjacent to the light emitting areas. A plurality of touch electrodes and a plurality of insulating layers of the touch screen may have a mesh shape through which openings corresponding to the plurality of light emitting areas are defined. Accordingly, a flexibility of the flexible display device is improved, and the touch electrode is prevented from being cracked.

Flexible display device

A display apparatus includes: a display layer including a plurality of organic light emitting elements, and defining a plurality of light emitting areas and a non-light emitting area surrounding the light emitting areas; and an input sensing layer on the display layer. The input sensing layer includes: a first conductive pattern on the display layer; an insulating layer on the first conductive pattern to cover the first conductive pattern, and defining a plurality of light collecting patterns overlapping with the light emitting areas in a plan view; a second conductive pattern on a top surface of the insulating layer; and an overcoat layer on the second conductive pattern to cover the insulating layer and the second conductive pattern. Each of the light collecting patterns is recessed downward from the top surface of the insulating layer.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus includes a first transistor, a first pixel electrode, a second transistor, and a second pixel electrode. The first transistor includes a first drain electrode. The first pixel electrode is positioned between an edge of the display apparatus and a center of the display apparatus and includes a first recessed structure. The first recessed structure directly contacts the first drain electrode. The second transistor includes a second drain electrode. The second pixel electrode is positioned between the edge of the display apparatus and the first pixel electrode and includes at least one recessed structure. The at least one recessed structure includes a second recessed structure. The second recessed structure directly contacts the second drain electrode. A total maximum width of the at least one recessed structure is greater than a maximum width of the first recessed structure.

A display that includes a base layer having an emission area and a non-emission area adjacent to the emission area. A circuit element layer is disposed on the base layer. A display element layer is disposed on the circuit element layer. The display element layer includes an organic light emitting diode. An encapsulation layer is disposed on the display element layer and is configured to encapsulate the organic light emitting diode. A color filter layer is disposed in the encapsulation layer. The color filter layer includes a color shielding layer having a plurality of layers disposed in the non-emission area and a color filter disposed in the emission area.

Display apparatus having a color filter layer

An organic light-emitting display device includes a pixel electrode, an emission layer on the pixel electrode, an opposing electrode covering the emission layer, a plurality of upper layers on the opposing electrode, light-shielding elements on the upper layers, and a color filter layer on the upper layers. The light-shielding elements include first light-shielding layers and second light-shielding layers. The first light-shielding layers include first materials, and the second light-shielding layers include second materials different from the first materials. The second light-shielding layers overlay the first light-shielding layers.

Organic light-emitting display device

A display device including a substrate, a circuit portion including a thin film transistor on the substrate, a display element on the circuit portion, the display element including a pixel electrode electrically connected to the thin film transistor, an encapsulation layer covering the display element, a color filter layer on the encapsulation layer, the color filter layer including a black matrix and a color filter, and a light transmission control layer located farther from the display element than the color filter layer in a direction perpendicular to an upper surface of the substrate, the light transmission control layer having light transmittance that varies according to an electrical signal. The light transmission control layer overlaps the black matrix. A width of the light transmission control layer is greater than a width of the black matrix.

A display device includes a pixel defining layer disposed on a substrate and defining a plurality of openings, a plurality of organic light emitting elements disposed in the openings, a first black matrix disposed on the pixel defining layer, a thin film encapsulation layer disposed on the organic light emitting elements and the first black matrix, a plurality of touch sensor portions disposed on the thin film encapsulation layer and overlapping with the pixel defining layer, a second black matrix disposed on the touch sensor portions, and a polarizing film disposed on the second black matrix.

The light-shielding layer is disposed on the patterned layer, and includes: second body portions, and a second opening between the second body portions. The EL is at least disposed in the first opening, and the FIL and the CF are at least disposed in the second opening.

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a pixel electrode, a light emission layer over the pixel electrode, an opposite electrode covering the light emission layer, a plurality of upper layers over the opposite electrode, a light-shielding layer over the upper layers.
