A display apparatus can include a panel which includes a plurality of sub pixels and a plurality of touch electrodes, a first driving circuit which supplies a driving signal to the panel in a driving period and holds the driving signal in the stand-by period, and a second driving circuit which supplies a mutual sensing signal to the panel and supplies a self-sensing signal to the panel in the stand-by period.

Display apparatus

A display panel and a touch display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a first touch electrode positioned in the first area, a second touch electrode positioned in the second area, a third touch electrode positioned in the third area, a fourth touch electrode positioned in the fourth area, and a first connection pattern electrically connecting the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode. A connection portion between the third touch electrode and the fourth touch electrode may pass through an intermediate area between the first area and the second area. The first connection pattern may pass through the intermediate area between the first area and the second area and may cross the connection portion between the third and fourth touch electrodes. Each of the first, second, third and fourth touch electrodes may include a first metal layer and a second metal layer, the first metal layer and the second metal layer may be separated by a touch-interlayer insulating layer. The first connection pattern may be disposed on one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer. The first connection pattern may be located in one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer.

Touch display device and display panel

A touchscreen panel includes touch sensors on a base film and routing wires connected to the touch sensors, wherein the base film has a main area and a tail area protruding from the main area, the main area includes an active region where the touch sensors are placed and a bezel region located on the outside of the active region, and the routing wires pass through the bezel region and the active region, and connect terminals provided at one end of the tail area and the touch sensors.

A touchscreen panel includes first and second electrode lines that cross each other with one of the first and second electrode lines being separated from the intersection of the first and second electrode lines, and the separated electrode line being connected to a bridge pattern via lower contact holes penetrating a first insulating film. The touchscreen panel includes a second insulating film covering the first insulating film; and a conductor rod pattern that is electrically connected to the separated electrode line via an upper contact hole penetrating the second insulating film and that overlaps the bridge pattern.
