Each of the stages includes a shift register and two buffers connected to the shift register, a first buffer of two buffers configuring an nstage and a first shift register configuring the nstage are provided in an nhorizontal portion and a second buffer of the two buffers is provided in an n+2horizontal portion, a third buffer of two buffers configuring an n+1stage and a second shift register configuring the n+1stage are provided in an n+3horizontal portion and a fourth buffer of the two buffers is provided in an n+1horizontal portion, and the nhorizontal portion is a region including pixels which are arranged along a 4n&#x2212;3gate line and a 4n&#x2212;2gate line.
