A display module includes: a substrate; a first driving circuit provided in a center area on the substrate in a vertical form; a first pixel array formed on a left area of the substrate relative to the first driving circuit, wherein the first pixel array may include a first plurality of pixels disposed in a matrix form; and a second pixel array formed on a right area of the substrate relative to the first driving circuit, wherein the second pixel array may include a second plurality of pixels disposed in the matrix form, wherein each pixel of the first plurality of pixels and each pixel of the second plurality of pixels may include a plurality of inorganic light emitting devices, and wherein each of the first pixel array and the second pixel array are separated from the first driving circuit by a pre-set distance.

An electronic device is provided, including a communication circuit; a flexible display; and a foldable housing including a first housing portion and a second housing portion foldable with respect to each other. The first housing portion includes, as a first external side thereof, a first metal portion, a second metal portion, and a first non-metal portion disposed between the first metal portion and the second metal portion. The second housing portion includes, as a second external side thereof, a third metal portion, a fourth metal portion, and a second non-metal portion disposed between the third and fourth metal portions. The first metal portion is electrically connected with the communication circuit and operates as an antenna radiator. When the foldable housing is folded such that the first housing portion contacts the second housing portion, the first non-metal portion and the second non-metal portion are aligned with each other.

A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device may include: forming a first layer comprising a plurality of patterns, each pattern having a different respective pitch; performing exposure and development to form a second layer at a layer different from the first layer; determining whether a pitch shift of a part of exposure patterns formed is within a tolerance range, using a Moiré pattern; and performing etching for the second layer when the pitch shift of the part of exposure patterns is determined to be within the tolerance range. Performing the exposure and the development may include forming a first exposure pattern corresponding to a key pattern having a first pitch, forming a second exposure pattern corresponding to a cell pattern having a second pitch, and forming a third exposure pattern corresponding to a middle pitch pattern having a third pitch between the first pitch and the second pitch.

Methods for manufacturing semiconductor devices using MOIRÉ patterns

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing having a front surface and a rear surface, a first antenna, a second antenna, a printed circuit board, and an electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding sheet. The first antenna may be disposed inside the housing. The second antenna may be disposed in an area surrounded by a radiator of the first antenna when viewed from above the rear surface. The printed circuit board may include a wireless communication module for operating the first antenna and the second antenna, and may be electrically connected to the first antenna and the second antenna. The first antenna may be positioned between the rear surface and the EMI shielding sheet.

The photomask may include a mask substrate, a first mask pattern on the mask substrate, and an optical path modulation substrate. The manufacturing method may include forming an epitaxial film comprising a light emitting layer, a first type semiconductor layer, and a second type semiconductor layer, attaching the epitaxial film to an intermediate substrate comprising a conductive material, patterning the epitaxial film to form a light emitting diode (LED) and coupling the LED to a driving circuit layer through the conductive material.

According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a housing comprising a front plate, a rear plate facing in the opposite direction to the front plate, and a side surface member surrounding the space between the front plate and the rear plate, the side surface member comprising a first side surface extending in a first direction and having a first length, a second side surface extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and having a second length larger than the first length, a third side surface extending in parallel with the first side surface and having the first length, and a fourth side surface extending in parallel with the second side surface and having the second length; a display arranged between the front plate and the rear plate, at least a partial area of the display being exposed through the front plate, the display comprising a conductive plate; a printed circuit board arranged between the display and the rear plate, the printed circuit hoard comprising at least one conductive layer, the conductive plate and the conductive layer being electrically connected to each other; a first conductive pattern arranged between the printed circuit board and the rear plate; a second conductive pattern arranged between the printed circuit board and the front plate and, when seen from above the front plate, between the first side surface of the side surface member and the conductive plate; and a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern and configured to transmit and/or receive a signal having a designated frequency. Various other embodiments may be possible.

A micro light emitting diode (LED) transfer method includes: preparing a transfer substrate including a plurality of micro LEDs, the plurality of micro LEDs having electrodes disposed in a first direction and a second direction different from the first direction on the transfer substrate; sequentially transferring a first set of micro LEDs among the plurality of micro LEDs in block units from the transfer substrate to first regions of a target substrate; and sequentially transferring a second set of micro LEDs among the plurality of micro LEDs in block units from the transfer substrate to second regions of the target substrate, and in the sequential transferring of the second set of micro LEDs, the second set of micro LEDs transferred to the second regions are disposed in the same electrode direction as an electrode direction of the first set of micro LEDs transferred to the first regions.

LED transfer method and display module manufactured thereby

An illuminator enables the selection of different color temperatures for different medical, dental or surgical procedures. A first circuit board is moveable with respect to the housing and a second circuit board is fixed within the housing. A plurality of LEDs are mounted on the first circuit board, which receives power from electrical contacts between the two boards. A user control enables a user to move the first circuit board between different positions, wherein, in each position, different LEDs or combinations of the LEDs emit light through the light-transmission window. Movement of the user control may cause the first circuit board to rotate or slide relative the second circuit board. The source of electrical power may be remote or integrated batteries. The rear portion of the housing may include a mount for attaching the illuminator to eyeglass frames, a headband, or other head-mounting apparatus.

The PCB may include a first conductive path electrically connecting the RF communication circuit and the first portion; a second conductive path electrically connecting a first position of the ground and the second portion; a third conductive path electrically connecting the first portion and a second position of the ground; and a fourth conductive path electrically connecting the first portion and a third position of the ground.
