An integrated electromagnet comprises a magnetic yoke and magnetic poles in two rows. An axis of magnetic core in the magnetic pole is perpendicular to the magnetic yoke. The magnetic poles comprise first and second magnetic poles that are arranged alternatively in a row. The first magnetic pole in any row is adjacent to the second magnetic pole in the other row. The first magnetic poles in a row are connected to a one-way output controller and the second magnetic poles in a row are connected to a bidirectional output controller. In a guiding state, the magnetic poles in a row have a same polarity, and a polarity of the magnetic poles in one row is opposite to that in the other row; current output by the bidirectional output controller in a braking state has direction opposite to current output by the bidirectional output controller in the guiding state.

Integrated electromagnet and maglev train

A linear motor comprises a primary part and a secondary part opposite to each other. An air gap is reserved between the primary and secondary parts. The air gap has first spacing in non-operating state and second spacing in operating state. The side surface of the primary part facing the secondary part is provided with a magnetically conductive film that has elasticity in the thickness direction and a thickness greater than the first spacing and less than the second spacing. The magnetically conductive film comprises magnetically conductive base bodies and non-magnetically conductive base bodies alternately distributed along the surface of the magnetically conductive film, and the magnetically conductive base bodies are filled with magnetically conductive materials. The magnetically conductive base bodies cover magnetic poles on the side surface of the primary part facing the secondary part, and the non-magnetically conductive base bodies shield gaps between the adjacent magnetic poles.

A positioning system and method for a maglev train, the positioning system comprising an onboard magnet mounted at the bottom of a train, two grating arrays laid on train tracks side by side in the traveling direction of the train, an optical pulse generation module and a data processing module. The data processing module performs first-stage train positioning according to drift conditions of the center wavelengths of the marking gratings, performs second-stage train positioning according to drift conditions of the center wavelengths of the first grating array, and performs third-stage train positioning according to drift conditions of the central wavelengths of the second grating array, so as to determine the track positions where the train arrives step by step.

A detection system for a suspension system of a maglev train, comprising a detection component and a controller. The detection component comprises: a driving unit, a first test coil unit and a second test coil unit. A first test coil group of the first test coil unit corresponds to a gap coil of a to-be-detected suspension sensor, and a second test coil group of the second test coil unit corresponds to a speed coil of the to-be-detected suspension sensor. The controller is communicatively connected with the driving unit and a suspension controller, the driving unit is configured to send a driving signal to at least one of the first test coil unit and the second test coil unit in response to a control command from the controller, and the controller is configured to acquire parameter information fed back by the suspension controller.

A voltage control method. A train traveling speed can be acquired; a target transformation ratio corresponding to the train traveling speed is determined according to correspondences between train traveling speeds and transformation ratios, the transformation ratio being a ratio of an input voltage to an output voltage; an input voltage is then transformed according to the target transformation ratio to obtain an output voltage, the output voltage being used for driving a train to travel. The correspondences between train traveling speeds and transformation ratios are obtained according to correspondences between train traveling speeds and train traction forces at different transformation ratios. By means of the method, the most suitable transformation ratio can be provided according to a traveling speed of a maglev train, thereby increasing the traction force of the maglev train and improving running efficiency.

The power supply battery comprises: an electrolyte tank, a plurality of liquid flow pumps, and a plurality of aluminum-air battery reactors.
