The method comprises: a Reconfigurable Base Station (RBS) divides subordinate nodes into groups according to attributes of the subordinate nodes, and sends a reconfiguration command to a subordinate node in a designated group, and the RBS and the subordinate node execute reconfiguration of spectrum resources according to the reconfiguration command; or, the RBS executes reconfiguration of spectrum resources according to the reconfiguration command; and a subordinate User Equipment (UE) accessing to a reconfigured RBS after interruption. By means of the present disclosure, the reconfiguration of spectrum resources of a cognitive radio system can be realized.

Radio system and spectrum resource reconfiguration method thereof

The disclosure provides a method for transmitting Cognitive Pilot Channel (CPC) information, a radio access method and system based on CPC information, wherein the method for transmitting CPC information includes: dividing a CPC into a primary CPC for transmitting primary CPC information and a secondary CPC for transmitting secondary CPC information; loading the primary CPC information periodically into fixed physical resources, and sending the primary CPC information to a user equipment; after a base station receives a preset triggering event, loading the secondary CPC information into variable physical resources, and sending the secondary CPC information to the user equipment. In the disclosure, the base station loads the primary CPC information into fixed physical resources of an RAT according to an RAT coverage condition, reducing the amount of information required to be delivered by fixed physical resources, decreasing occupation of fixed physical resources, speeding up radio access of the user equipment; and after receiving a triggering event, the base station loads the secondary CPC information into variable physical resources and sends the secondary CPC information to the user equipment, thus implementing optimization of a user network and radio resources.

The method comprises the following steps: a network node generates a channel set according to an available channel list and channel classification information, and maintains and updates the channel set; and the network node selects a spectrum from the channel set and allocates the spectrum. The device comprises: a channel set generation module configured to generate a channel set according to an available channel list and channel classification information and maintain and update the channel set; and a spectrum allocation module configured to select a spectrum from the channel set and allocate the spectrum. The present disclosure can reduce the delay in the spectrum resource reconfiguration of a CR system, improves the overall performance of spectrum resource reconfiguration and increases the utilization efficiency of a spectrum.

The present invention discloses a method and system for coordinated scheduling based on cell priority, which is applied to the system using coordinated multiple point (CoMP) transmission technology. The method includes: performing priority sequencing on each coordinated cell according to the historical and/or current information of each coordinated cell and finishing scheduling of each coordinated cell in an order according to priority from high to low. By adopting the coordinated scheduling scheme in the present invention, the network can be made in a reasonable working status, and then, the performance of the entire system can be improved.

The disclosure discloses a sensing aiding method for cognitive radio. The method includes the following steps. a high level node transmits configuration information to a base station; the base station combines with a subordinate node of the base station to perform frequency spectrum sensing measurement, in which the subordinate node has sensing capability, and feeds back a result of the sensing measurement to the high level node; and the high level node formulates a corresponding WS allocation policy according to the received result of the sensing measurement. The disclosure also discloses a system. By the method and the system of the disclosure, the high level node transmits the configuration information to the base station; the base station performs the spectrum sensing measurement in combination with the subordinate node having the sensing capability of the base station in a designated frequency band and feeds the result of the sensing measurement back to the high level node; and the high level node formulates the corresponding WS allocation policy according to the result of the sensing measurement. Available white band resources are acquired; the probability of base station configuration failure is reduced, and the overhead caused by configuration failures is reduced.

Sensing aiding method and system for cognitive radio

A method of cooperation scheduling among multiple cells applied in a CoMP system is disclosed in the present invention, the method includes: a relay base station in a relay cell receiving the scheduling results of every cell in a cooperation set, wherein the relay cell is one of the cooperation cells in the cooperation set; the relay base station determining whether the scheduling results meets a preset iteration ending condition or not; and if the scheduling result does not meet the iteration ending condition, the relay base station sending rescheduling indication information which carries the scheduling result of every cooperation cell to the cooperation base station in every cooperation cell in the cooperation set, indicating to restart the scheduling of every cooperation cell according to the scheduling results. A base station and a cooperation scheduling system among multiple cells are disclosed in the present invention.
