The present invention relates to a surface treatment composition for forming a self-assembled coating layer which is easily coated and removed and a surface treatment method, where the self-assembled coating layer can be easily formed because of use of a compound having the hydroxyl groups as a diol are attached to an ortho position of a benzene ring and be removed by treatment of Alor Fe. Thus, the surface can be reused by forming a new self-assembled coating layer, thereby making the surface treatment composition be applied to various researches and industrial fields of the self-assembly coating layer which are used for reduction in metal abrasion resistance, introduction of a chemical functional group for detecting a biomolecule, the surface hydrophilicity, introduction of an antifouling property to the surface, and the like.

A washing machine includes an outer tub, an inner tub, fluid nozzle configured to spray fluid into the inner tub, a fluid pump, and a controller. The washing machine may also include a pulsator located in the inner tub for applying a force to clothing in inner tub. During a first washing cycle, the controller causes the inner tub to rotate, and the nozzle to spray fluid onto clothing in the inner tub. During the first washing cycle, a fluid level in the outer tub may be controlled so that it is lower than the inner tub. During a second washing cycle, the inner tub is held stationary, and the pulsator applies a force to clothing in the inner tub, as occurs in conventional washing machines. Because the fluid level in the washing machine can be kept quite low during the first washing cycle, less water and less detergent is required. Also, because the level of the water is kept below the rotating inner tub during the first washing cycle, less force and thus less energy are required to rotate the inner tub.

Thus, the washing net housing with the laundry thereon is vibrated in up and down directions while the driving member reciprocally ascends and descends along with the driving of the motor. This minimizes a mechanical action such as warping or friction damaging the laundry, so that the laundry is preserved and, at the same time, the dry-marked clothes are effectively cleaned with main waterstream and slight fluctuation, thereby significantly improving the efficiency and reliability of the product.

Pressure dehydration low-frequency vibration washing machine

A bulged washing tub for a low frequency vibration type washing machine is disclosed. The side wall of the washing tub is outwardly bulged so that this side wall meets with the bottom of the washing tub at an obtuse angle and smoothly guides the heart type or scroll type water current in the washing tub. A plurality of friction prominences of the horizontal stripe type are provided on the inner surface of the outward bulged side wall. The prominences give frictional force to clothes when the clothes are rubbed against them while coming up and going down along with the water current in the washing tub. The frictional force caused by the prominences causes a so-called washboard effect and makes the clothes cleaned as if they were manually washed using a washboard.

Washing tub for low frequency vibration type washing machine

A low frequency vibration type washing machine has an oscillating disc suitable for both generation of an effective circulation current in the multi-phase washing medium and prevention of energy loss. A low frequency vibration type washing machine having at least one horizontally reciprocating disk is disclosed. The disk is provided on the side wall of the washing tub and horizontally vibrates in a direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity of the multi-phase washing medium, thus to generate the resonance phenomena in the washing medium inside the washing tub while saving disk drive energy. The multi-phase washing medium is made of water, detergent and air. The washing machine also includes an actuator which is coupled to the disk for driving this disk. In an embodiment, two disks are provided on the side wall of the washing tub in such a manner that they face each other. In this case, the disks may vibrate so as to form vibrational waves of the same phase or of different phases. The vibrational waves of the disks may have a phase difference larger than -.pi./2 and less than .pi./2.

Low frequency vibration type washing machine having horizontally

A low frequency vibration type washing machine has a shrinkable shielder for prevention of clothes jamming in the gap between the low frequency vibrating disc and the inner bottom of the washing tub from the outside. The washing machine includes the washing tub and a vibrating disc placed in the washing tub for causing resonance phenomena in a multi-phase washing medium received in the washing tub. The shrinkable shielder is placed in the gap such that it shields the gap from the outside. The shielder totally or partially shields the gap and is made of rubber or sponge. The shielder may be a tube type shielder placed in the gap at a lower edge of the vibrating disc. Alternatively, the shielder may be a spring type shielder. As a further alternative, the shielder may be a flexible thin film annularly placed in the gap at a lower edge of the vibrating disc. The tube type shielder is charged with gas or liquid.

Low frequency vibration type washing machine having shrinkable shielding

A low frequency vibration type washing machine is disclosed that is capable of detecting the range of linear reciprocating movement of its drive shaft to control the vibration range of its low frequency oscillating vibrator to be constant, and sensing water level in its washing tub to control the water level. The washing machine includes a low frequency oscillating vibrator adapted to vibrate in a washing tub while being subjected to a water level pressure. The vibrator thereby generates a resonance phenomenon in a multi-phase medium contained in the washing tub. The washing machine also includes a linear motor adapted to drive the low frequency oscillating vibrator, a water level/vibration amplitude sensing unit adapted to detect a vertical vibration amplitude of the vibrator to sense the water level and the vibration amplitude in the washing tub, a commanding unit adapted to output a signal corresponding to a vibration amplitude selected by a user, and a control unit adapted to recognize the water level from an output signal of the sensing unit, compare the output signal of the sensing unit with an output signal of the commanding unit, and control the linear motor so that the vibrator vibrates at a vibration amplitude approximating the output signal of the commanding unit.

Low frequency vibration type washing machine and method

An input energy saving device for a low frequency vibration type washing machine. The device lets the resonance frequency of the washing tub and the input frequency of the oscillating disc be equal to each other during generation of resonance phenomena in the multi-phase washing medium for clothes washing, thus to save the input energy required in generation of the resonance phenomena. A washing method and a washing apparatus capable of obtaining a washing or cleaning effect by mechanical energy obtained by cavitation phenomena or nonlinear oscillation of micro air bubbles generated during the resonance of a multi-phase medium using low frequency waves. The resonance phenomenon becomes accelerated and uniform by virtue of the injection of air bubbles in the tub or the provision of a sonic or ultrasonic oscillation unit, thereby enabling a superior washing performance to be obtained. Since the present invention eliminates use of any pulsator, it is possible to considerably reduce the phenomenon that clothes get twisted or tangled. As a result, few damage of clothes is generated. The pressure and rotary type washing machine comprises: an agitating member rotatably mounted at a bottom of the washing tube and provided with at least one roller, a pressure member mounted movable upward and downward at an upper portion inside said washing tub and adapted for providing pressure for laundry articles, a rotation driving mechanism adapted for selectively driving the washing tube or the agitating member, and a pressure member driving mechanism adapted for driving the pressure member to move between a rest position and a washing position. The washing method comprises the steps of: positioning the laundry articles between the pressure member and the agitating member inside the washing tub; and driving the agitating member to rotate so that simultaneously with being agitated the laundry articles may be washed by gentle hand washing, beating and scrubbing washing operation. The present invention can provide a good washing effect for the laundry articles, the washing effect resulting from a composite washing operation comprising gentle hand washing, beating and scrubbing washing operations.
