A method for producing a low-cost fully biodegradable disposable straw. Natural plant powder is prepared. Deacetylated konjac gel is prepared. The taro starch-cassava starch is crosslinked. The raw material is stirred and mixed to obtain the mixed raw material, and the mixed raw material is heated. The heated raw material is added to the beverage straw manufacturing unit to obtain a straw crude. The straw crude is cut to obtain several straws. The quality inspection, the disinfection and the packaging of the straw are carried out, and the fully biodegradable straw is obtained, finally.

Method for producing low-cost fully biodegradable disposable straw

Disclosed is a method for preparing a fully-degradable non-woven fabric by spun-bonding, including: (S1) preparation of a poly(caprolactone-co-lactide acid) (P(CL-co-LA)); (S2) preparation of a copolymerized-modified poly(lactide acid) (PLA); and (S3) preparation of a full-degradable non-woven fabric using a spun-bond method. In this disclosure, the PLA is modified in gradient several times to prepare the full-degradable non-woven fabric in combination with an optimized spun-bonding method.

Method for preparing fully-degradable non-woven fabric by spun-bonding

A fully degradable non-woven fabric produced by melt-blown extrusion and an application thereof in the production of medical masks. The fully degradable non-woven fabric is produced through steps of: (S1) preparation of caprolactone-lactic acid random copolymer; (S2) preparation of copolymerized modified PLA; and (S3) preparation of non-woven fabric by the melt-blown extrusion.

Disclosed herein is a method for preparing a low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware. A plant cellulose material containing dregs ofis modified to obtain a modified plant fiber starch blank. Konjac gum is subjected to pulverization and ultrafine pulverization to obtain a colloidal binder combined with a deacetylated konjac gum. The colloidal binder is mixed with the modified plant fiber starch blank to obtain a mixture. The mixture is subjected to foam molding in a forming mold to obtain the low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware.
