Disclosed herein are a method, an apparatus, and a storage medium for image encoding/decoding using filtering. The image encoding method and the image decoding method perform classification on a classification unit of a target image, and perform filtering that uses a filter on the classification unit. A classification index of the classification unit is determined, and the classification index indicates a filter to be used for filtering on the classification unit, among multiple filters. The classification index is determined by various coding parameters, such as an encoding mode of the target block and an encoding mode of a neighboring block adjacent to the target block.

Method, apparatus and storage medium for image encoding/decoding using filtering

A cylindrical battery includes an electrode assembly and a cylindrical battery housing. The electrode assembly includes a core and an outer circumference. The cylindrical battery includes a first fan-shaped region and a second fan-shaped region. The first fan-shaped region is surrounded by a first straight line and a second straight line passing from a center of the core through a core side end of the first and second electrodes, respectively, and the outer circumference is defined as a stress vulnerable region. The second fan-shaped region is surrounded by a third straight line and a fourth straight line passing from the center of the core through an outer circumference side end of the first and second electrodes, respectively, and the outer circumference is defined as a stress amplification region. A cylindrical battery includes a battery housing accommodating an electrode assembly having a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator spirally wound about a central axis in a core of the electrode assembly such that the first and second electrodes each have an inner end and an outer end. A stress vulnerable sector is defined by an arc of an outer circumference of the electrode assembly between a first radius and a second radius extending from the central axis through the inner end of the first electrode and the second electrode, respectively. A stress amplification sector is defined by an arc of the outer circumference between a third radius and a fourth radius extending from the central axis through the outer end of the first electrode and the second electrode, respectively. At least the outer end of the first electrode is not positioned within the stress vulnerable sector.

A data transmission system and method in a physical network separation environment is provided, which includes: a drive device controlling connection switching for one storage medium drive writing or reading a data file on or from a predetermined storage medium; a source-side server executing writing the data file on the storage medium loaded in the storage medium drive, after switching to a connection to the storage medium drive; a clean PC conducting hash value verification and a test for infection of malicious code with respect to the data file that has been written on the storage medium, after switching to a connection to the storage medium drive; and a destination-side server executing reading the tested data file from the storage medium, after switching to a connection to the storage medium drive.
